Could someone take my current avy, make it sharper (It's a bit blurry) and add some kind of bad-ass gradient transparent hue to it, either blue or gold or both?

Be flexible, I don't have specifics in mind.

Managed it with some help from Cap. Bassam from Narutoforums, plus my own touch or two. No need to respond now, unless you just feel like doing it anyway, then by all means, maybe it'll rock.

But it's fine for me for now. :-)

I'd like this to be an avatar. I suppose I'll have to provide colors, no? She's got auburn hair, very, very pale green eyes, close to white, and black clothing with golden rune-markings. I'll perhaps color the picture in a little to provide reference when I'm a little less self-loathing.

I want a Doctor Terminus avatar from Pete's Dragon! (Fancy dressed guy with ridicious villian mustache)

He has so many awesome facial expressions as you can see from this video! (Overperforming actors are great stuff for avatars, no?)

Much as I, personally, will never tire of looking at a picture of Bob Dylan every time I post, I would nevertheless like to change my avatar to a picture of Bertie Wooster (preferably as portrayed by Hugh Laurie in the ITV television series Jeeves and Wooster), because the one I tried to make in MS Paint just now looked absolutely terrible.

That is exactly what a Wooster is (that is, Hugh Laurie starring with Stephen Fry in an excellent TV adaptation of an excellent series of novels) and they're marvelous. Thank you!

Two questions:

One, does anyone use this thread anymore?

And two, if so, is there any way someone can take my avatar (source is this flash: http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=003568 ) and make an avatar sized animated gif? I'll rehost the gif I have here to give another reference, all I need is something small enough in size that he's actually animated. Can't find one anywhere on the internets, and have no skill in animating things myself. Thanks in advance!

Here.

For reference, if you use GIMP, simply go to the Image menu and select "Scale image". Then reduce the largest dimension to 100 pixels and it will automatically scale it properly. Then save, being sure to select "Save as animation" and "convert to indexed". This one is at roughly 99 kb so the forum might not take it.
