Also, while she would never make it through the FF6 round, I'd love to see Relm take on the winners from the other games. It would basically be the same thing that Gogo would be doing, except in the form of a little girl. Omnislash and Lionheart would be hysterical.

I'm changing my FFIV answer. Edward hides until Kane and Rosa are all that's left (because Rosa has two people who will protect her, one of whom has an ability specifically designed for it). Rosa probably kills Kane (or just turns him into a toad), and because everyone forgot about Edward, she thinks she's won. That's when Edward stabs her in the back.

That's right; the Bard wins, and hide is the most useful ability ever.

Blue: I just looked at your rundown and I'm wondering what the crap were you smoking dude. I mean I just stopped after you said Lulu, the weakest if sexiest character in the game, takes out Wakka, Tidus, and/or Rikku like it's not biggie even though they're the three strongest next to Yuna.

And then you said Kimahri just busts out blue magic even though that's Overdrive only and he has to do *something* to get overdrive.

Then there's the other games in which you somehow think Red will take out Yuffie, who is the fastest character in the game (Check the little time gauge slot thingie, hers goes fastest). You got 8 right if only because Squall is ridiculously overpowered.

Like, I don't know how much credibility you can get if your tactic for winning is defeating yourself before your opponent, but its there, and he can do it. I'm just making fun of the useless pile of useless that Kimahri is. Don't mind me.

Really, any battle could go anywhere. People get their Limit Breaks at different paces, so you could, y'know, assume someone might actually have a bit in their limit bars. Lulu has some bitchin' magic, so it's not like she's incapable of frying any given character. Kimahri is actually the easiest to get an Overdrive for because all he has to do is Lancet a new ability for himself. Past that, he's a great physical fighter, has respectable HP, and can easily replace Auron with 90% of his weapons, because unless you're really into debuffing enemies, all Auron has going for him is Piercing on his weaponry.

As for Red, he's not exactly lumbering, himself. I had it written that he was doing precision attacks, which while not possible to express in FF7 itself, fits his calculating demeanor. Yuffie was theoretically being distracted by Vincent, and would be unlikely to be standing next to him to do it. Therefore, Red could sneak up on her and take her out away from the others. And since he's both a strong attacker and decent mage, I can see him being able to take her out.


If you have any disagreement as to my other rounds, feel free. It was just my opinion. Clearly, there are points where I had bad info, as proven by the Figaros. The only games I played all the way to the end are 7, 8, and 9, and the most of the rest of them I've played enough (or seen Phantom play enough) to get a good feel for how things worked.


Edit: Actually, as said before, this is ALL personal opinion, and can be completely ignored. I just stated mine, and everyone has a right to the wrong opinion. XD

By the latter part of your game, pretty much all of your characters have travelled down a few choice other sphere grids. I mean in maybe the first 3 hours of gameplay people are exclusive to their own spheres, but then they start being forced to mix as you, you know, level up. Lulu's magic, while not a bad nuke, is easily the weakest power in the game exclusive to her. Her weapons are awful, her limit break is the weakest, and her only legitimate assets are her chest and belt dress. Kihmahri is in the same boat as Auron in that all his Sphere grid gives him is stat boosts and hit points, but he travels into Lulu and Auron quite easily by the midpoint of the game.

The hard part about filling up everyone on every sphere grid is there are soem locked places in particular sphere grids (Of note is Lulu with ultima and Yuna with Reraise), otherwise most people have similar abilities and the only differentiation are the super skills (Holy, ultima, Hastega, etc), stat growths, and overdrives.

Kimahri is actually the easiest to get an Overdrive for because all he has to do is Lancet a new ability for himself.

He can't do that to people, only monsters. Monsters aren't in this fight. >.> Otherwise the fastest ways to gain Overdrive are with the warrior one that gives you OD for hitting people, since you can hit people retarded hard in that game.

Kihmahri is what I would call a mildly faster retardedly less heavy version of Auron if you want to look at it that way. He's one of the slower guys like Auron, yet he isn't quite as slow. On the other hand Auron has the best health growth and the best attack in the game, bar none. Defense piercing just adds to that, but that kind of goes away when you get the top tier weaponry -- IE Ultimate Weapons. Auron's best weapon is much better than Kihmahri's, and mitigates his speed as it's the only one to give "First Attack," which I would assume in a real time battle just means he's gonna take someone out first and fast and continue to be a heavy contender.

I'm gonna be honest, next to Lulu, Kihmahri is undoubtedly the next weakest character. Yuna is the best because of summons. Followed by Wakka because of his ridiculous damage out put, pretty good speed, and high HP. Tidus is like Wakka but waaaay faster because he gets actual speed enhancing powers.

The second Rikku gets her overdrive pretty much everyone loses though. She mixes crazy shit, I swear.

No one in that game has a calculating demeanor. As a matter of fact, Red was most definitely the teenager like character in that he had a big misconception about the world, constantly tried to assert his maturity (which old guy shot down pretty hard), and ended up having to have a maturity lesson through some backstory.

Honestly I just don't see why Cloud and/or Vincent wouldn't win. Cloud is clearly the most powerful, most unstoppable character in the game with the best gear available to him and the best Limit breaks. One Omnislash, since it separates attacks between different targets, would eliminate the entire team like nothing.

Vincent has crazy demon mode so it's a toss up with him, but Cloud, like Squall, is the obvious winner because he's obviously the best, plus any alliances would be in their favor.
