This week's 'experiment' takes a stab at some more dramatic shading. While I think the drawing and the computer editing went decently, I would like to apologize for my frankly horrible writing here. This was supposed to be more of a transition or scene-changing comic, but ended up being compressed far too much to be salvageable.

No more six-panel strips from me, that's for sure. >_<

So, I'm working on trying to complete/improve my sprite sheet--This includes changing the hair to reflect the drawn version better. I think I have something that works (in the far right).

Comments? Suggestions? Am I onto something here, or am I just crazy?

Fun Fact: Going through sprite sheets of other folks from the same game can bring very good opportunities for additional sprites.

Okay, as you can probably tell, I’ve never seen an episode of Naruto in my life. But I was a good girl and drew everything myself, just googling a few pics for reference as to what he wears and such. I was sorely tempted to find an existing picture of Kakashi with a good action pose and draw it from that, but I ended up coming up with this one on my own.

Here’s our very own Hatake Kakashi.

Yes, I know I screwed up in a couple places. I wasn’t thinking when I was inking and coloring the final sketch. But I’m pretty happy with it.
