Slight correction here. I'm fairly certain Pierce and Charlotte can only attack their pokemon's targets. So Charlotte would attack Mightyena's target, and Pierce would hit thin air if his target dies. So, I'mma hold out on having Pierce attack. Nevermind, trainers can attack whoever they want.

Still, maybe it's better if Pierce's Metagross hits the weakest Orbishriek, and if it doesn't die he'll finish it off himself. Rachel can support Rayleen.

Yep. Let's do this shit. Pierce'll give out some of these orders. Maybe get a couple wrong.

Y'know Menarker? Dominic can show off all he wants, but when push comes to shove, ya can't have him be all that awesome. Because then he's gonna think that he's the reason the team won, not that PATCA is actually competent.

EDIT: Post edited. I think I may have gone a little overboard with the orders, but Pierce did make a couple of mistakes for Impact to correct. To make it easier for you, here's what Pierce told everyone to do:

Pierce: Have Metagross hit most weakened Orbishriek. If it lives, attacks it himself.
Charlotte: Super fang on least weakened Orbishriek, then attack it herself.
Rayleen: Have a pokemon (Pierce didn't specify which, so that's something Impact can correct) hit the healthiest Orbishriek after Charlotte's Super Fanged one.
Impact: Support Rayleen
Whitney: Put one Orbishriek to sleep

Make your corrections so that it fits your plan, but I still think it's better if Pierce hits the weakest Orbishriek.

Let me at least finish off a pokemon or two with him! Now that I boosted his stat up, he'll practically OHKO anything that doesn't resist him and have a boosted DEF. If he leaves the battle to join yours, he might lose his power bonus.

And in regards to Dominic, I already kinda took in account him not being overly powerful. He opens strong with that Snorlax which is one of the stronger pokemons to have, but his others are kinda below average. So while he may be valuable, when shit starts hitting the fan, the others will have to definately pull through and show what PATCA and Renny's contributions are all about.
