Well, the thing with tumblr is that it's filled with horrible people who hold every opinion under the sun whether you agree with them or not, so it doesn't really matter what you do, somebody going's to be mad over it.

Also the replacement joke is actually way funnier and more in context with the scene so I'm glad he changed it.

So I was just catching up with the comic and maybe I'm not in possession of the same knowledge tumblr had when they were raging a couple of days ago but it seems ridiculous even for tumblr. As far as I know, "trickster mode" is a temporary* powerup that gives you peach-colored skin and amazinghilarious powers, and Jake freaks out upon seeing this is a joke based on the normal skin color of the humans being blank and, that's it?

It looks like the joke used to be she felt "Caucasian" instead of "peachy" which I guess would be insensitive if one read any real world skin colors into the blank skinned characters. Peachy is funnier IMO so good job tumblr.

*I assume based on Andrew's tumblr posts. Though how great would it be if he lied, and it spreads like a plague until Lord English faces an army of trickster gods?
