Back to a Friday schedule, as you can see.

FIREWALL

I tried to record a "How I Make JAQ" video for this one, just for kicks. It worked well at first; I was making several small clips so that it wouldn't be a massive file. (Final movie woulda been time-lapsed, of course.) But then the bit I did for the backgrounds froze up--after I finished the backgrounds--and I had no way to retrieve the video other than redoing it, which I wasn't prepared to do. So, next time, hopefully...

EDIT: One week later... and no new comics, guys? Weak.

GO NINJA, GO!

I tried the screen-capture program again, but once again it froze up... this time only a few minutes in. Not sure if it will ever work. :/

Anyways, the reason this one's late is that I finally got the video capture thing to work! However, the video rendering is gonna take another hour (not to mention rendering an internet-friendly version from this one, and then uploading). Since it's 3am and I work tomorrow (er, today), I'm gonna let it render while I sleep, and I'll edit this post with the movie sometime later in the day on Saturday.

Just to let you guys know what you're in for, Mauve's Hopefully Upcoming Cheezy Animation stills. Drawn in Mauve's Super-Quick MS Paint Doodle Style, which means: Oversimplified, messy, and caught somewhere between adorable and soulless.
