Oh yeah, yours was in an unfortunate position between my initial post and the end of that page, so I totally missed it. Sorry.

If it helps, it was apparently quite obvious that I had no gender-identity issues even from before I could learned how to talk, so "woman" was probably somewhere between 12 and 13, I would figure.
