Half demons might actually dream from time to time, but only outside of their netherworld. The reason why is because dreams and nightmares in the netherworld give birth to tangible monsters that can cause a lot of trouble, so there's some strong magic in place to suppress that kind of thing. It hasn't totally worked, which is why there are some Nightmares roaming about in the Netherworld regardless. You may even fight a few.

Because demons don't dream, the moves Dream Eater and Darcelle's Darkrai ability and SyncTech (I'll detail that later) will be ineffective. But you can still sleep your foes.

And yes, Melanie is in love. With who should be obvious. It started out as admiration, but Melanie just won't accept anyone else so it's gotta be love, right? Still, Irene is decidedly straight so...well, we'll see how it all unfolds.

I guess I'll use the next post tonight to start this whole "Renny and Lola live together" subplot. Guest starring Harliette as the one who gives Lola the good idea and Milsha as the "sure, ah gotta spare bedr'm," gal.

I'm certain now that one of them is going to be Irene.

Sorry Melanie, but I don't think she's into being dominated anyway. And I doubt she's a masochist.

EDIT: Post is small. I'm gonna need to get Pierce and Irene out of the hospital before I start with the other events, which should get started in the next post.

Figured I'd tell you that Pierce is going to be asking Irene for Slayer training soon. She and Impact are the only proper Slayers on the team, and, well, Impact is Impact.

He's also going to ask to train with Chizuru, to spend more time with her.
