None of it's entirely accurate. It's the TL;DR version. If I was trying to tip the scale against you, I would have posted my more detailed counter-arguments about why I thought it was stupid as fuck instead of just saying "I told Bob his argument was dumb as fuck." This isn't the thread for it so I didn't go into more detail.

Yes, it was. You said all 'rights' were based in religion. I said religion was just a tool used in old times for justifying them. You argued that religion was the source of rules and the reason rules were right. I argued that the reasons the rules were right was self-evident and the rules were brought about by man's own self-interest. This is the argument we had, but abridged.

Your reasonable responses are factually wrong. You do not understand how US district courts work. When told how they do work you either ignore it or get pissy about being told and then ignore it (you have done this repeatedly).

I am glad you are no longer posting here. You have no business answering questions on this topic anywhere. Taking any response of yours seriously is a detriment to anyone sincerely trying to understand this issue.
