I'm looking for one of the earlier comics (before they "defeated" Garlan, I beleive) Where RM and BM get in a discussion about Ultima-something about it being a "theoretical 10th level spell!" and about splitting the atom and such.

This here's the comic, but the animation you're looking for is Sega Fantasy VI, which is no longer at that link. You'll have to do a bit of scrounging for it.
