Probably not the WHOLE truth, but it does make sense... in a McNinja kind of way.

Aaah, so King Radical is an oldschool fairy. I thought he had sort of a trickster feel to him.

Of course, we're left to wonder why Bikey McUnicorn was banished.

King Radical was probably jealous of how radical the unicorn was. He obviously fears it given his reaction to hearing it was around and partnered with Dr. McNinja.

Or the unicorn was a radical terrorist or something and was banished legitimately for his crimes. Note the murdering his last rider thing; this probably isn't some misunderstood nice unicorn.

Unicorns can't be evil. Not even in Dr McNinja. There has to be some limit to its overturning all expectations and traditions. On reflection, maybe not.
