It's a musical nightmare. No one could ever hope to play anything remotely like that and not be cybernetically enhanced.

Also, some of the musical items in there are sight gags, since it's not normally possible to cross lines of music like it does towards the bottom and puts up several geometric shapes.

As for how that clusterf**k of notes would sound, I CAN read sheet music, and my brain is unable to process any of the chords due to the sheer number of notes dumped on the page. The only way to actually hear how it sounds would probably be to run it through a music generator, because I don't think there's anyone masochistic enough to try to even put that on a stand.
