Maybe I'll make my own version of 1-3. My friend is an indepedent film director with his own show and movies. I'm sure anything we throw together would be heaps better than what actually happened.
Mainly cause I'll be in them. And I'm awesome. |

What about 4-5-1-2-3-6?
That way, you get to see unadulterated Darth Vader badass, and right after the climactic reveal you do a big flashback and watch Anakin rise and then succumb to the Dark Side, and right as the combined angst of 5 and 3 start to swirl into a perfect storm of angst, you pop in 6 and watch as the Ewoks defeat the Empire, Leia gets with Han, and Darth Vader makes his triumphant comeback to the Light Side.

Actually that's not a bad idea.

Make sure you point out the stormtrooper whacking his head on the door in 4.
This is crucial.

Since everybody else is suggesting 4-6, then 1-3, I'll suggest the other way around.
Your cousins present us with an interesting social experiment. We can gauge their reaction to Star Wars, post-viewing, compared to others who watched 4-6, then 1-3. I mean they might up hating Star Wars in the end, but sometimes you just have to take one for the team (and I doubt they would end up hating it). Also, 2 didn't happen, but I don't see people's problem with 1 and 3. I thought they were great. |

We can start with midichlorians, for example. Work our way up to the epic podracing scene (Because nothing gets you excited about galactic conflict like watching a race). And then to top it off, we end up killing off an awesome villain whom easily could have been more interesting if he wasn't just a Lightsabre Guy Who Is Evil. God I hated Phantom Menace.

I enjoyed 3, if only for the gratuitous amount of lightsabre duels. I slept through most of the rest.
I remember when I first saw 4. Thought it was the greatest thing ever. Watched 5 and 6 the next day, and the day after that I watched all three again. And again. And again.

I would normally have said watch 4-6 then 1-3 but I really like Lumenskir's idea more now that I think about it. In my opinion the newer ones (1-3) kept getting better as they progressed with 1 being the absolute worst while 3 I thought was pretty good. My personal favorite though is still 5.
