If you got one included then you were either lucky or found some special deal offer that I've not heard of.

Well, it might be because it was refurbished. Someone already had an account set up on it when we bought it. I mean, it works and there's nothing wrong with it, but we got it for a deal that didn't normally apply to electronics, so yeah.
