Name: Overcast
Appearance: Ignoring his head you would probably see Overcast as about average. An average height of about 5'9", average weight of 155lbs. Though once you get to his head there is a box there. Just a big yellow box that only have a hole for his neck to come out, but would be difficult for any head to go in if that were the case. Where the face ought to be black marks that shift for expression or form punctuation marks in response to situations. Typically found in a shirt that changes every time you look away, a pair of jeans that always seem to jingle like they have a ridiculous quantity of change, a gold necklace with a lime green cloud medallion,a pair of black cotton gloves, and a pair of worn high top sneakers. Some kind of Bio: The reality of Overcast exists just outside of Avatar, reaching a small degree of its essence through the many holes caused by the constant distortion of the many forces within. Sealed in a Box that serves as a pocket universe to carry the essence around and be an Avatar for the larger force. The end result is the Box and all the things it forces into existence from the reality it distorts around itself, and giving Overcast a means to dick around outside of the Void. Abilities: Overcast is a quirky fellow, and for some odd reason anything that comes into contact develop a quirk as well. It is strongest in his permanent equipment, but it can be applied to other things as well. All of the aspects though need him to be touching it to take effect.
Overcast can also cause quirkiness in spells, typically requiring his concentration on the spell in order to actually cause an effect, and it isn't foolproof but he does get a warning if it is going to fail just in case.
Equipment:
Misc: While the box is indestructible the other items that he is typically found with are only difficult to damage(on par with the current difficulty of Avatar). Is not a mute. Hmm first draft. Though I'd enjoy having some Avatar veterans tell me what they think.

Problem is, is that you guys are only fighting one or two enemies at a time. Up to 4 is what I have planned really. But if the time comes that I feel like hordes are needed I'l signify otherwise. But as a general rule that is how I want it to work. Arhra, feel free to bring in your crazies. I may kill off a couple and leave you with one, but they are welcome to respawn later if you want to keep them. Toast, I had been thinking of ways to handle your instant respawn. Unless there are any objections from other players, you are free to keep your respawning abilities. Whats really nice is that you might actually get killed by the enemy instead of everyone else now. If it gets to the point that you are reviving for the 10th time in like 20 posts however, I may rule that your respawn magic is starting to wain thin and is taking longer than instant to revive. Mauve, I give you a full GM pardon of all past crimes and you are free to join. Mac, your character is approved. You may post another character, however having them both running around at the same time will probably get one of them killed quick. You may also choose to bring in the other character when one dies shortly after. Also, the runes on your robe don't do an instant revive, they take some time to work on their own. Shyria, you are approved if you answer one question. How easy is it for you to shift in and out of dragon form? The hospital has a couple of mages working with it that have teleportation spells. Anyone healed at the hospital can be freely teleported to close where the action is. EDIT: Overcast. I like, intertaining concept. Approved. However I'll talk to you pm on how certain things will work. My only question is that when you throw a box does it explode on contact or does it work like a grenade and on a timer?

C+P is fun. ...Sorry for the verboseness, Icey. Trust me, however; it was much longer before I trimmed. It only takes up 3/2 pages in Word, now, compared to the original 11/4.
--- Name: Wizard, Wizzle, Wiz, Cat... There's a lot of nicknames. Appearance: Black mid-length fur covers Wizzle's skin, the first clue as to his feline appearance. His face is also catlike, whiskers, muzzle, and ears all fitting the description. His eyes also carry the signature slitted pupil, the eyes a startling purple in hue. Over his face, he dons a hat which shadows it fairly well, shaped like the traditional wizard's hat, except it bends over on itself at the tip, forming a spiral of kinds. Another difference is that there are slits in it, where his ears fit comfortably through. It's purple, matching the set of wizard's robes he usually wears. This robe has a steel mesh on the inside of it to help shield its wearer from physical harm. It's not much, but it does help cushion some of the blows. Two sheathes are hidden inside of it and one is visible across the feline’s back. His tail fits through a perfectly sized and perfectly round hole in the robe and is fairly long and dexterous. No footwear or gloves are worn, as his claws are likely to ruin the garments. Abilities: Feline Nature: Wizzle is feline and thus has many of their characteristics, physical and mental. This includes high speed and agility, heightened physical mobility (such as acrobatics), a sense of balance and stealth, sharp (regular and night) vision, and both acute hearing and sense of smell. On the mental side, he's generally suspicious of others and wary in general. Curiosity is another one, though he has enough self-control to rein it in. Most of the time, anyway. Shimmering Soul: His soul, the essence or life force of an organism given form on another level of existence, is one with twilight energy. Not only does this mean that twilight energy is especially effective when it comes to healing his own injuries, it makes Wizzle immune to all forms of soul corruption and soul purification. His soul also slowly regenerates from any damage it may incur over time. This has no effect on his physical state, however. Twilight Magic: One of the lost arcane arts, naturally elementally advantageous to dark/shadow and holy/light. What is known about twilight magic is that it takes on many forms and effects, shaped by the magician's will. Versatile, but not as powerful compared to other forms of magic emulating the same effect. It also has a great weakness; non-elemental magic/neutral magic dispels it upon contact. Elemental Magic: No one knows why, but Wizzle is incapable of casting actual spells. Instead, this mage uses his magic via manipulations of already existing magical energies, whether it's from the surrounding environment or from another's spells or elemental abilities. Such a method is more strenuous than actual casting, requiring much concentration, the amount needed growing exponentially for the amount of elemental magic being controlled. The six elements he can mostly control are the following: Ice, Water, Wind, Electricity, Fire, Earth. Equipment: Cat's Claws: These are still considered weapons, even if they are natural ones. Like any cat, Wizzle has a set of claws on both forepaws and hind paws. Normally hidden from view, they are fully protractible and sharp, at that. They carry a unique venom, fed from poison sacs somewhere within the feline's body. This poison is variable in nature, its effects completely dependent upon the biochemistry of the affected. In Wizzle, it renders other poisons completely ineffective. Identical Blades: Exactly as it sounds, a set of matching blades, three in total. They are sharp, thin and light, and about two feet in length. There is nothing magical about these weapons; merely ordinary ones taken up for use in combat. Two are hidden in sheathes within the wizard's robes, within easy reach of his paws, while the third rests in its sheath upon Wizzle's back, within easy reach of the tail. Automatic Crossbow: Unlike the other weapons, the crossbow is not carried around. Instead, it rests in a dimension known only as what Wizzle refers to as the 'Twilight Dimension'. The crossbow itself is automatic, capable of propelling volleys of arrows at high velocities. The arrows are encased in steel, except for the tips, which are silver. They are ordinary, meaning not enchanted or anything else. To fire the crossbow, one must only aim and hold down the trigger. Magical Necklace: A silver necklace, plain in appearance. It's typically hidden underneath the robes. The special part of it is the crystal hanging on it; it's permanently attached to the chain and no means of force, physical or magical, has successfully pried it loose. The crystal is blue in color, a shape not unlike like two pyramids touching via their flat sides. It shines eerily at times. In addition, it serves as a focus for the wearer's magical powers and can store magical energy. Prefered method of revive: Hospital. Misc: Is a kitty!

It explodes on impact. Typically a shock move since seeing someone throw their head at you is a bit troubling, but finding out it blows up when it gets there is just plain old weird.

I like your character already, Overcast. It's just crazy enough to work. XD
It's like something out of Bobobo Bo Bo-Bobo.

Heh I had fun with it. Sprouted by thinking of Faust from Guilty Gear(most obviously from exploding head, but primarily by just being strange), my first avatar(smilebox head[which notably only last year I learned came from L'Arc~en~Ciel]), a little bit of Wild Mage, and just random weirdness from the recesses of my head. xB

EDIT: I stuck this info on my profile, but honestly, if I need to change it again, I don't mind. I haven't put much thought into how this works anyways, so I'm flexible like that.

Name: BardTheFifthLightWarrior (Bard for short)
Job: Dark Summoner Appearance: Bard has a youthful look to him, normally smiling, bright blue eyes, and long brown hair. This contrast with Bard's goth-like cultist attire, which consist of a black robe with purple lining and a shaded hood. Abilities: Bard has trained with several cults, ranging from followers of Cthuhlu to the Thule Society. As such he knows much dark magic, including a few demonic summons. Despite this he is still a pretty nice guy. Summonings -Summoning 1 Berserker: A large bull-like demon whose main strength lies in brute force. It is about 9 ft tall and very muscle bound, has two large tusks, a somewhat hunched back, large destructive claws, and a bull-like demeanor, he also has a resistance to most magic, aside from lightning. This strength comes at a price though, he understands about 3 commands from Bard; kill what is pointed at, don't kill Bard or Bard's friends, stop killing when Bard stops pointing. -Summoning 2 Geist: Geist is a spectral like being made of some sort of anti-matter/plasma (Bard doesn't know, nor does he wish to). Geist can phase through walls and other obstructions at will, split apart and reform, and causes a good deal of pain to any corporeal being he comes in contact with. Weaknesses that Geist has though is that he is more susceptible to magic than Berserker, and as such is better suited to fight against physical enemies. He is also fairly sadistic, and as such disobeys Bard by choice, but he is still competent in his own right. -Summoning 3 Shade: Shade is an assassin like entity, he is Bard's smallest summoning, standing at 4 feet 8 inches. Shade wears a large poncho like robe obscuring all of his features, and speaks in raspy monotone, he is similar to a Garo in these respects. Shade makes up for his small frame by being very agile, having 2 katanas hidden in his cloak that he has much experience using, he is primarily skilled at recon and close-combat. Shade also is Bard's most competent summoning, and is willing to take any input from Bard to add to his plan, and overall seems to be friends with Bard. Summoning #4 -Pluto Armor It looks like this only there is no driver. It is a basically a Magitek armor powered by the souls of several dead Mecha pilots, as such, it operates itself. It's movements are somewhat slower compared to his other summons, it also walks similar to Metal Gear, but it is more constant. It's abilities consist of tearing things apart with it's claws when something gets too close, electric elemental blast, and it houses 6 missiles, but they need to be restocked after he fires each 6. Pluto Armor's defense is rather sturdy, it is armored similiar to a tank, and Bard can climb into the driver's seat (but not pilot it) making it a more effective mount than Berserker. Pluto Armor's A.I. is decent, it can pilot itself and follow most of Bard's commands, but a paradox or misunderstanding will cause it to shut down or disobey. It is also unable to communicate with it's master, it's only form of speech is limited to quotes from mecha animes. Like his other summons, Bard must torture himself to summon it, only this time he must electrocute himself using a low-level bolt spell he learned. Bard may use this spell offensively, but he is still unable to cast it without inflicting self damage. Dark Magic: Although his summonings take front seat on his combat capabilities, Bard is versed with some darker magics. -Dark Missile: Basically magic missile, only it is a dark-elemental attack. -Shadow Manipulation: This spell allows Bard to use his dark elemental in various ways. This can range from forming a hand, a cushion to break ones fall, or spikes to ensure death from ones fall. Similiar to Geist's abilities in some ways, only not as offensively potent, and more versatile. Inflict minor wound: Bard's summonings are all considered Demonic, and as such are not healed by normal magic, so Bard learned a reverse healing spell to help them out in whatever ways he could. It also inflicts minor wounds among non demonic/undead beings. Equipment Silhouette Robe:This is a typical mage-robe in most respects, it's primary bonus is that when wearing it Bard goes fairly unnoticed by enemies, useful for someone who commands others. Ritual Knife: Bard's summonings require a blood offering, which he is willing to comply with, whether it's his blood or not. He can also use it for combat if necessary. Shadow Rod: Using this quickens Bard's cast-time with his spells, it also allows him to be more effective with his spells, but he is capable of casting without it. Preferred Revival Method: The NPF Hospital Misc.: Despite the fact that his name is Bard, Bard has barely any connections with the class at all. Name: Krogo the Crazed
Appearance: Krogo is 6’0 and and 160 pounds. He wears red kimono shirt with black pants and a black belt tied around his waist. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. His eyes are either focused or filled with insanity depending on what personality is in charge. Abilities: Krogo is a Swords Master of the Order of the Twin Blades. He is also adapt in using Chi energy in conjunction with his magically crafted blades. Yin and Yang: Krogo is of two minds; Yin is calm, cool and collected and carefully thinks things through. Yang is insane and rushes forward without any thought of what’s going on. Either one can appear at anytime, though the more physically taxing it gets the more likely Yang will be in charge. Heaven Lotus Sword Strike: Charges his blades with chi energy and releases them in a cross slash towards his opponent. Dragon’s blast: Releases chi energy from the tip of his sword to fire in a straight line at the target. Athletics: Strength is not Krogo’s forte, so he is highly dexterous and acrobatic and trained in those to use his speed and reflexes to his advantage in combat. Fleet of foot: Extremely fast runner. Chi Magic Resist Barrier: Has a chance to do the following: 50% chance to reduce magic effect used against him by half 25% chance to reduce the magic effect used against him by 75% 15% chance to nullify magic effect against him 5% chance of reflecting the magic back on the caster 5% chance to do nothing. Equipment Duel Wakazashi’s: Dragon’s Blade of the Heaven and Dragon’s Blade of the Earth: Two well crafted wakazashi’s that are crafted to perfection. Inscribed with runes that allow the build up and release of chi energy from the blades. Single Katana: Wolf Blade of the Moon: Well crafted to perfection. Inscribed with runes that allow the build up and release of chi energy from the blades. Prefered Method of Revive: Dojo Misc: Is he sane or insane? No one knows! He just loves fighting.
