Obviously, Square is using the promise of KHII to brainwash the gaming masses to do their bidding. It's like a drug: They gave us KHI. Now that we've finished every possible minigame and quest, we're drooling for another. So, Square promises an even bigger game, with more characters. But it's not ready yet. They're getting us more and more anxious about it, until we won't be able to stand the wait anymore. Next thing you know, they're going to tell us that the only way we'll be able to play KHII is if we agree to help them rule the universe. Otherwise, "We won't have time to hire voice actors if we take over the world ourselves!"

I'm on to you, Square. Don't expect to see THIS gamer bending to your foul will.

*Sniff....*

I've been waiting so long for KHII that I played the GBA one.

The GBA one isn't too bad, the card system has it's problems, but most if not all of them are cleared up when you play as Rikku

The game also gives some vital information on The Organisation, and I have a feeling that Naimé will appear in KH2 (though I don't know if I've seen her in any KH2 screenshots or the like). Other characters like DiZ and Axel are introduced too. As well as Twighlight Town

And while Sora's story doesn't matter much since he loses all his memory of it, Rikku remembers his story, and so it's important as far as his character is concerned.

Edit for below: Cool. I'm just sad that this means that Marluxia wont pull an Ansem and be in KH2. I just like characters who are associated with Sakura blossoms for some reason. Like Byakuya.

Namine does reappear in KHII, and also you get to see all the other members of the (wait for it) Organization XIII. Y' know, the ones that didn't get their ass kicked because they weren't at Castle Oblivion.

I heard from some site that KH2 is anticiptated to be released in the US around April or so... but then again they've been pushing back AC for years, what's to stop them from doing the same with this?

See, Square is presently working with various terrorist organizations to get American hopes and dreams up and running before violently crushing them by postponing the date for the intended release by several years. Or more realistically, it won't come out until the PS3 is released. and KH2 does exist, I saw the opening movie!

To back my claims, I can only swear to you that I'm not lying and that instead I'm only an agent of the island nation of Ithica intent on helpin the people of the world realise their fatal mistakes.

You know what? I'll bet they keep pushing back the deadlines because they've lost the game already. Two days before the prototype was set to go out for testing, somone threw it away accidentally, thinking it was the new AOL disk. They're just BS-ing until they can whip up a new game.

All KHII characters will be crudely-rendered crayon drawings walking on a white background. No voices, no battles; the point of the game is to try and figure out which scribble is supposed to be Sora.

On a more serious note, did I hear that they're putting in a Steamboat Willie level in this game? That would be HILARIOUS!!
