Sorry to say this, but the Arkansas flag reminds me of something you might find at the front of a casino.

I think the Finnish flag is ok. It certainly is simple. I like it more with the coat of arms on it, but only the goverment get's to use that one.

And the only good thing that Franco did, was change the flag back.

I have to say I'm really fond of the first imperial flag. It just has this je ne sais quoi that inspires me:

It's less detailed, and I certainly prefer the more intricate design of the current one, but it has some kind of beauty in its simplicity I can't quite pinpoint.
