I hate Sinfest. I liked it when it was a comic, then for a long time it became a religious comic, and I never got back into it.

Obligatory 8-bit theater reference. Talk about egos!

I never liked Bob & George, and while there have been quality megaman sprite comics around at times, I have never once seen a comic based off Sonic sprites that was anything but fucking terrible.

Its always amusing when the crappy artists think their jokes are funny, when in reality they are so very lame.

Bleedman's comics. They just exhude a mouthbreather creepiness from them, what with the bad fanfic storylines to the often creepy situations he puts cartoon characters and characters inspired by cartoon characters in.

Dresden Codak. Oh, you used to be great when you had one shot comics with no continuity, but Hob? Man, you should probably stay away from storylines.

Oh, CAD sucks, but CAD's animation sucks more. Also, I've not seen someone trash his target audience as much as Buckley seems to trash and degrade gamers. Especially with the whole gratuitous violence schtick.

Or sickening.

I'm so glad xkcd finally seems to be coming out of this stupid "semi-drama" rut that it was in. Much more of that and I was gonna give up on it.

Also, Dresden Codak is right on that lip of terrible, too. It's only hope is that with the Hob storyline possibly finished, Aaron Diaz will go back to his wacky old style.

While we're on that note: Jenniverse, home of Pastel Defender Heliotrope. Not only are lots of her fans, shall we say "zealous," PDH at one point goes into, as John Solomon called it "motherfucking puppet vision".

I believe that VG Cats is too far in a hole to come back out again. I demand that he stops production of all VG Cats and primarily focus on Super Effective, that has somewhat a future to it.

Masked Jedi will become famous soon enough. Eventually. Maybe.

Also, this is gonna piss people off, but I just don't like Scary-Go-Round. The art's kinda lame, the stories don't grab me... I decided that I was just reading it out of obligation and dropped it.

I'll be fair here, Scary-Go-Round does take some reading before you can understand exactly what kind of humor it's doing. I almost gave it up when it was first linked to me, but after getting used to the way it works it became loads of fun.

And Mirai, I kinda understand what you mean. But even so, atleast the guy updates on a regullar basis.
So he may have taken a shit on your desk, but at least he does it predictably?

It might just be me, since I've never seen anybody write anything good or bad about it, but Partially Clips is just a steaming shit pile of pretentious unfunny. It wouldn't be so bad if it was just the comic being not good, but the gall to write up a mini-thesis explaining to the idiot reader why they should be laughing their asses off for each excreted excuse of a comic is just too much.

Along those lines, while I can't say I hate Erfworld, I'm always reminded of that Eragon sporking where Paolini said something like "Now try to figure out the origins of my language" and the sporker could only respond by pointing out that there were no language origins because he was just letting his cat walk across the keyboard and taking the credit. Erfworld seems to be 200+ pages of "Try to figure out good strategies for the game" when the audience has no clear idea how the rules work and it frequently seems like you're making up new wrinkles as the plot necessitates.

What's funny about this is that nearly the entire run of the comic since Kim's introduction has been building up to its resolution in the Hob arc, wherein all the little tiny bits of what the reader was led to believe were throwaway gags are shown to have a far greater importance in the end, all presented in a rather amusing and visually breathtaking comic narrative.

But naw, fuck that shit, bring back the one-shot physicist namedropping gags!
