The Zanpakutou, or the soul cutter is the Shimigami's weapon, each one has a name, a personality, and powers unique to itself.

Kidou or demon arts are magic in the Bleach universe. When making a Kidou for your charecter keep in mind that the difficulty and power or a Kidou is based on its number from 1 being easy to perform and normally weak to 100 (so far) something almost impossibly for even a captain to perform. Kidou's are usually performed with incantations, it is possible to do without but they are weaker for it.

Appearance: Sleek black hair, tall, extremely thin with blue eyes.
Bio: The only thing you know about him is that he is the first division Liutenent

Since thats all I could find ill just explain the squads.

2nd squad has traditional Shimimgami though it also sports many shimimami that fight hand to hand with such teachniques as flash step, which grants nigh instantaneous speed.

4th squad is the medical squad and is generally a lot weaker then the others.

11th squad is the battle squad though the members generally disregard kidou's and their Zanpato's normally have no special abilities and transform into such things as spears.

12th squad is part of the research and development buero (bah can't spell it XD) and generally sports Shimimgami that focus on Kidous and their Zanpato's have special abilities such as poison and fireballs.

*note anyone can have have medical abilities or great fighting powers, but those squads are stronger in those areas.
