We make good team!

I've only seen a couple of episodes, and I barely remember them, but I do remember how much I liked them. I'd jump at the chance to watch more, but I can't find it anyplace. I remember one that was about this weird skull, and another with (I think) some kind of monster in a forest.
And what's this about an MST3K movie?

Oh hi! :D

BWahahaaha!
Jack Frost - "Eat lead Spring!" Prince Of Space - "An exchange of deadly negative scratches!" Er...anyways...I love MST3K. All the old ones with the professor and TV Frank and Joel and the new ones with Pearl Forrester. ...come to think of it, I swear that Pearl Forrester acts and looks almost exactly like my aunt... 0_O Edit: MST3K Movie, one came out several years ago. It still features Professor Forrester, but also features Mike. They're forced to watch the movie "This Island Earth". It's awesome. =P |

I remember an episode where they had to watch "The (beast, monster, I don't remember) from 3000." The critter appeared in the last ten minutes of the movie, the rest was just filler. Also, it was a lady in a gold cat-suit.
And Mirai, conozco Destinos. I don't remember which episode had mst3k, but I think it was on the tv in Juan's apartment. EDIT: I remember now! Raquel's dad was watching it at his house while Raquel and her mom were talking on the phone!

I thought it was Raquel's friend's apartment...maybe both.
But enough about that.

Ah, MST3K.
I think my favorite was "The Revenge of the Creature", the sequel to the famous "The Creature from the Black Lagoon". Those movies scared the crap out of my dad when he was young, so naturally he made me watch them when I was a kid. MST3K showed me just how stupid that movie was. I also liked "Eegaa" or however you spell that movie, it was about a caveman living in the desert. Even to this day my friends are still saying "Watch out for snakes!". Ironicly there was a snake in my house the other day. So I had to play the hero and chase him out. So yeah, watch out for snakes. |

i recently picked up the MST3K "essentials" DVD set. its Santa Claus Conquers the Martians and MANOS the Hands of Fate in a two dvd set; both of which, sadly, i had never seen. I've also got the MST3K movie and the episode Michel (Joel's last episode), but both of them are VHS. such a good show, i miss it dearly.

You are not reading this.

The best one I've seen involves aliens taking a couple to their planet. They decompress in a giant bong. It also includes the dramatic "Normal view" scene.
But they're all good when I get the chance to watch it. |

HA! I loved "This Island Earth!!" We all sing the "Normal View" song in my house. "Weenie Man awaaaaay! Into the Weenie Mobile!" I think everyone needs an Interoceter. They come with great instructions. Where do you start? "Here. At goofy clown face."
Anyone remember "Phantom Planet?" Complete with "Honey Bunches of DEATH!!" And the dog-shaped aliens who fly in flaming milkbones. Good times. I just watched it this weekend. The music was great. "It sounds like someone's rubbing a cat against a zither." My favorite line: Frank Chapman to Zeta: "But you're not like the others. You're sensitive... thoughtful.." (Mike as Zeta): "Hurk! I like potatoes!" "Every year of my life, I'm more and more convinced that the wisest and best should look at the good and the beautiful--" "SHUT UP!"
