All right, here's what I came up with a while back:
You have been invited to compete in the Second Annual NPF Arena Tournament, and none other than Pedro O'Sullivan himself has opened the doors to the POS Industries Corporate Headquarters to host the event! Challengers have come from far and wide to take part in the event, and the central office building of the NPF's biggest business giant has been set up to accommodate it all. But just as the first round winds to a close, robot invaders constructed by upstart rival company Doukhobor Laboratories attempt a very literal hostile takeover of POS Industries! While the NPF's heavy hitters duke it out for the championship gold, it's up to the rest of the crew to stop the attacks and investigate the perpetrators. However, the more the NPFers uncover, the more questions arise, and a greater threat to the way of life at Nuklearpower Forums is revealed.... Anyway, on the execution side of this RP, there's about 2 or 3 intertwined plots going on throughout, as the larger cast of characters that this series often draws initially can't really be maintained by a single linear storyline. While the tournament itself is something of a backdrop, I have been working on some revisions to the rules that will expedite the rounds along and hopefully hold the interest of the players that manage to continue on through the bracket. I had also tapped PhoenixFlame as a co-GM some time ago, but I don't know if she's still interested since the idea's been kinda sitting around for a while.

Well, my plan is very simple: a flat-out brawl with a ticking time bomb.
I've already discussed it with Mesden; she, or her character, if she is unavailable, is going to call everybody in to defend a gate between realms. The gate will be attacked, the NPFers have to defend. Take too long driving off the invaders, and all hell breaks loose... literally. Either way, several things including the god system are getting blown wide open at the end of it.

My idea, when we were on Avvy Rp 2 and I had hoped to do the next one, was that we were all in the midst of doing stuff, but then suddenly the very fabric of reality had changed.
For instance, instead of the forums being a partially technological city that has a few internet references (hyperlink portals), the forums were changed to be like an actual internet forums, except in the future (Think a mix of Tron, Megaman.exe, and if anyone's ever read "The Wrong Plot") and us being our avatar selves. So those of us who notice the changes are the ones who make an attempt to restore what it was before, by tracing the change in reality. In doing so however, we would find ourselves traveling through differently themed realities that are based upon popular media at the time and having that world's baddies being sic'ed on us by a shadowy villain, who was really a cute and plushie enemy like the previous two villains (That elf and the Prinny) who found a glove at the fracturing point of our reality that lets him bend it at will. We have to chase him back to where he got the glove, and then fight to even exist. The shift of reality at the beginning would serve as a soft reset, removing some of the DBZ-esque power ups we've attained throughout the RP, allowing each of our characters to start from square one with their normal powers, and then move up from there. One thing that's really moved the previous Avvy RP's is us getting stronger as we meet new enemies and situations, and we can't do that as much in the fourth AVA RP because after the previous three we can melt people with our minds! And finally, to make the free for all that is AVA RP even more fun, we allow every participant to participate in the creation process. What made it fun for me was the fact that I had an idea for an enemy, or a plot twist, or a scenario and I was able to implement it with GM"s approval. We could all do the same for the next one, giving up ideas for new scenarios, and what each reality is like. (Personally, I want "Halo" and "Final Fantasy Tactics" themed reality) And if someone can't regularly participate as a character, then they could sign up to be a boss or major enemy for a short bit. Alas, probably my ideas will all be crushed under the jackheeled boots of tyranny and ignored, as the only RP i have ever GM'd died due to lack of interest.

But really, I voted for POS. He's probably the only one of the above who'd let me bring a Variable Fighter into an Avvy RP, anyway. :p But yes. Avvy RP V might draw my interest away from the things that have drawn my interest... away.

Wait, you have doubts as to my levels of insanity?
Clearly, you have not been exposed to me enough. Pretty much the only profile I'm likely to say no to is one that has spelling errors in it, like "eyes as liquid pools of glowing amethysts" instead of "purple eyes"

I'm actually bringing in an "incarnation" system at the beginning and changing the god system at the end.
See, certain people so embody a particular trait, ideal, theory, or whatever, that they begin to exert control over that domain. At the end of my game, not only is godhood going to get passed out like candy to a couple people who wasn't gods before, but how one becomes a god is going to change, i.e., it's going to be possible. I think that Hawk already qualifies as an incarnation under the rules I'm throwing in for it, which means that at the end of my game he could step up to godhood, and screw what the rules on gods were before. What I want it to be like by the time my game is over, just so everybody knows, is to have everybody fall under one of several categories. Mortal splits further. Mundane- The people what don't have super powers. Like Fenris. Magical- They are the guys who throw lightning and whatnot. Like Mauve. Mystical- They aren't higher beings, but they get their powers from someone or something which is. Like Skyshot. Magnificent- Swordsmen who use no magic but can take down an army and the like fall under this category. Can't think of anybody off the top of my head, but we've probably got at least one somewhere. Monsters- Catgirls, Lamias, and the like. You know who you are. Higher Beings tend to belong to one of the previous categories, and have this tacked on. Returning- Kill them all you like, it isn't doing you any good, because they're coming right back. Twiddy falls under this category. Immortal- They just don't die in the first place. Krylo and Nikose go under this category. Eternal- You can't fucking hurt them in the first place. What the hell? These are going to be very limited, and will likely only appear as GM controlled NPCs. Also, they probably can't directly affect anything. Incarnation- someone who so embodies a certain thing that they gain powers and abilities to do with that thing. They get these powers in a variety of ways. You must first become an incarnation to have a chance at godhood. Hawk seems to be an incarnation of the effects of weather upon battle, and can step up to being a god of weather, a god of war, or something similar. God- Either people who proved their worth as incarnations and chose to move on to the next level, or holdovers from the old god system. Raiden, Mesden, and Pyros are currently the only three under this category, but that may change.

That's cool, but it's a bit complex. I guess I'm the incarnation of overtechnology. ((It's like technology, but more!))
But I donno Hawk, if POS runs it, you can be assured to have high levels of insanity. Especially if I'm co-GMing. I am known to be insane.
