Krylo: Approved, but with a point of clarification. BBWL isn’t a charity organization…sure, we do things that probably help the common man, but only as long as we’re being paid. So they probably wouldn’t be running around killing vampires unless someone hired us to do so. Of course, in all likelihood, someone would hire BBWL to get rid of a vamp problem if it got out of hand. I just wanted to clear that up, however.

IHMN: Overall concept is approved…but I’m wary of teleportation skills. Still, with your record, I wouldn’t mind letting you have them if you decide to go that road.

Bosolai: Approved, with one stipulation. I’m not a big fan of psychic whisper having a range of “anywhere”. Give it a single person range of a mile or so and we’ll call it good.

Meh, what the hell, I'm in:

Name: Mathew Collins. Usually just shortened to Matt.
Age: 19
Sex: Male.
Class: Theif/Stealth expert.
Equipment/Abilites:
Light manipulation: Matts form of psychic abilities takes on the form of telekinetically controlling photons and warping light waves. Generally he uses this ability to distort light around himself, others or other objects in the near vicinity and make those things invisible. The range of his powers extends about ten feet in diametre and anything in that area can be made practically unsee-able, with almost no distortion.

He can also use this power to alter and manipulate light without making things invisible, such as bending infra-red beams without breaking them, or simply re-directing light from lightbulbs and so throw entire rooms into darkness.

Another way he uses his power is by channeling light into a single point and then suddenly unleashing the built up photons in the form of a bright flash which can temporarily stun and blind enemies, kind of like a flash grenade. He can blind them permanently if he concentrates hard enough.

He has been attempting to further refine his powers by attempting to channel light into a form of laser, and also trying to create light based illusions and projections. He has so far been unsuccesful at both.

His equipment consists mostly of small tools, including knives, which he uses to silently take down enemies, a silenced pistol, lockpicking tools, a CodeBreaker (a small electronic device which he uses to bypass security coded alarm systems and can also hack computer systems) and other assorted tools vital to a proffesional hi-tech theif.

Description/Personality: Dark haired, skinny yet athletic build, caucasion and short at only 5ft tall. He wears mostly neutral colours (blacks at night, for those times when he's NOT invisible and white in the day, for better light reflection (or so he assumes by his logic)). He wears leather gloves most of the time, for fear of leaving fingerprints which could endanger his job. He also wears soft soled shoes in order to soften his footsteps in order to remain cloaked. The clothes he wears themselves are simple in design and easy fitting for ease of movement.

Matt is a happy go lucky kind of guy, always up for a laugh, but at the same time constantly proffesional. He loves his job and he loves the money he gets from it. He's good at what he does and he knows it.

Bio/Background: Matt grew up in an orphanage and never knew his parents. Growing up in such a place was what caused him to fall in with what you would call "A Bad Crowd". A life of petty crime was begun at an early age and was only made easier for him when his powers kicked in when he was thirteen. Suddenly finding he had the ability to become completely invisible, he began to take part in larger and larger thefts, eventually coming into the service of a powerful mafia boss, who was more than willing to pay for Matts unique abilities.

Matt became ever more skilled at hi-tech infiltration, and ever more rich as a hired theif... until he robbed the wrong vault one day. The vault in question was being guarded by BBWL, who subsequentally caught Matt. Realizing the potential expertise he could bring to the team, BBWL offered Matt a job, which paid even better than his usual work.

He has been with the company six months.

Name: Luke Parnol
Age: 63
Sex: Male
Class: Telekinetic
Equipment/Abilites:
Telekinetic: Surprisingly enough, old man Luke's only truely powerful skill is his telekinetic powers. He is able to lift well over twice a normal man's weight, but not much higher. What is his specialty is focusing on doing multiple tasks like such, so he could be levitating while he has a suit of armor fight for him. The one problem is is that Luke is an old man, and can't really take a punch that well.
Description/Personality: Luke is in an old suit, well, it looks old. Not like worn, but like it was made in an old fashion way. He has a cane he used, because well he can't walk without it, so he can't even run. However his mind power as made him an old coot, laughing like he owns the world. He is like grandpa, except that if you pissed him off, he might just throw you out the window or something.
Bio/Background: Luke is an old member of BBWL, having seen countless members coming in and going out. He was once a top-notch member, possessing great skill with guns and what-not. Around the age of 35 or so, he started to notice he had a little bit of telekinetics. The docs at BBWL couldn't figure out why, and attributed it to being exposed to pyshic activity for over 20 some-odd years.

Luke started experimenting with his new-found abilities in the field, using them at first to aid his gun fighting. As he noticed his body was wearing down, he started going with more and more telekinetics. Those at BBWL started to notice that all his usage of his telekinetics was affecting his attitude. Luke used to be what you would call calm and logical. He was cold a bit sometimes, but he was dangerous. It looked like using the telekinetics was making him... well happy. He started having a smile on his face more often, one that showed just joy rather than victory over his opponent.

Even those he is most of everyone's senior, he is only a field agent now. They had dropped him quite a bit in rank once his mind change was noticed. Surprisingly, Luke just took it in stride. Now he is at the age of 63, having stopped completely relying on his body and now completely on his power. Which has made him a jolly old coot. However, every once in a while, his old self will emerge, and he will kick ass, but most of the time he might as well be Santa.

That's kind of how I figured it, and that Nick would be the kind of vamp problem that tends to get out of hand.

Also, I think someone mentioned ranking to be a good idea in the interest thread--I suggest that Nick be unranked and more along the lines of a living weapon. You send him where you want dead things, but you never give him a squad and he only follows the most general 'kill that' kind of commands anyway.

Edit 2 - I decided on Precognition and Awareness (Figured I could bundle those). So he can have an overall idea of what is going on around him, and at times predict what will happen a few seconds before it does.

Anatomy: Matthew has a detailed knowledge of the human body and knows where to put shots that can kill instantly, kill slowly, maim or just incapacitate. This goes for his pistols ad knife too (Not so much knife though).

Description/Personality:

Description Matthew is six foot tall has close cut black hair and a large bushy moustache. He wears a black combat suit and flak jacket, as well as an old Russian cap (You know the one, the fuzzy one).
Personality: He keeps to himself mostly, though is never slow to mention some past experiance involving impossible odds and a lack of necessary equipment. When he does get into conversations with people he tends to very professional and formal and has little or no ability to be friendly. He is down to earth and practical, to the point of irritation in some members of BBWL.

Bio/Backstory: Little is known about Matthews personal life, though his military record speaks for itself. He has been the best sniper some armies have ever seen and Matthews been in a lot of them. He's worked in the Irish Russian, US PMCs, Iranian, South African and Finnish armies, not even counting the numerous terrorist cells and mercenary groups. He was aparently born in Ireland and his parents died when he was still young. However, records in the various militaries (and other, less noble, organizations) define more about him then any little personal details. A killer born and bred.

Edit- Last spot? why does that give me the "Sorry UG, he voted for BBWL" feeling.

Yeah I was going to add that but forgot. I'll say his range while moving is halfed to only 5ft while walking. That way I can still move with a couple of people cloaked if they're in real close proximity. Running on his own would obviously show signs that he's there and running while cloaking others would be pretty pointless and would only really serve to make it a bit more difficult for someone to get a clean shot, but they'd still be pretty visible.

Name: Aerion Stormborne "The Catalyst"

Age: 35

Sex: Whenever he can.

Class:: People-person, handyman, and musical extraordinaire.

Equipment/Abilites: As for actual equipment, Aerion has only two weapons that he trusts to keep on his person; a .357 Magnum, and a finely forged silver sword he calls Sin.

As for actual abilities, though Aerion is a competant swordsman and crack shot, his real strength lies in his powers of charisma and persuasion. People are drawn to his devilish smile, nonchalant laugh, and dark yet intriguing manners.

Description/Personality: Aerion is somewhat tall, standing a little around six feet tall. He is lithe of build, but not overly thin or without muscle. In fact, his arms and legs are quite toned, if you're so lucky to catch him without his clothes on . At first glance, you would say he was a member of nobility, for his facial features certainly show it; he has high cheekbones, narrow, calculating green eyes, a long and slightly pointed nose, and dark, straight hair that hangs past his shoulders. For clothing, he generally likes to blend in by wearing jeans, a random shirt, and a denim jacket; nothing flashy, yet nothing shabby or childish.

Aerion himself is a harshly cynical man. However, his type of cynicism comes from age and experience, rather than immaturity. He is extremely intelligent, and wise for his age, and works people into traps with words; he never misses a chance to show off his verbal ability.


Bio/Background: There isnt much to say about Aerion's past; his was neither peachy nor horrendous, and he commonly praises his parents for raising him as well as they had. Growing up in a big city, he quickly learned to first deal with people, next to swindle people, and thirdly to lead people. Though trained in various combat techniques, he prefers to subdue his opponents without violence. He also feels it is his lot in life to lead, and many can get behind that theory, whether he may be overly arrogant about his skills or not. He found work with BBW early on as an information-gatherer/inside man.

That seems a little uninspired in my opinion, at least in my description of the character, but this is in fact one of my favorite characters. His personality type is kinda hard to explain so it'd be better to see what I mean in the actual RP. My descriptions are bland and suck, quite frankly. =/
