Also, it occurs to me that if Kira can specify times, couldn't he, in theory, kill during the day if selected you to die after a condition?

Believe it or not I"ve never seen Deathnote yet. I just saw it on AS the other day but I should probably just get a subbed copy and check it out, since the one episode I did see was interesting. The picture you have doesn't match the art style of the one they have at that angle o_O

I would agree, but I made up the name before hearing about the game and have never actually played the game nor know anything about it. Apart from the weapons are on chains. Which is kick-ass forever and always.

There are 2 mafias, the town cannot win while either is alive. If there really are 2 mafias, there are few divisions around them.

Division 1: L mafia and Kira Mafia. Entirely normal, one tries to catch the other.

Division 2: L is a good guy, and the mafias are Kira and Misa. Unlikely, since Misa just ADORES Kira too much.

So, from this, I can assume L is of the Mafia.

Therefore, Vote: OctoberRaven for being in the wrong number at the wrong time.
