The court accepts this motion, as the game in question is the only example of POS in power that we have seen thus far in this trial.

Unless the prosecution can adequately argue why this limitation should not be placed upon the victim's testimony, this is final.

I believe I already answered that question. Your attempts to pretend that I didn't already address that point annoy me.

Also, Your Honor, can I have permission to directly answer the defense's vile implication that I have a bias? Your limitation is currently preventing me from addressing that.

I'll allow it. You are allowed to react to the defense's claims, however, you are not allowed to predict the future of the Avvy RP series.

Newb, Newb, Newb. I present my client's testimony with the unattainable FenrisWolf.

Quote:
my RP was actually quite awesome but ran entirely too long and needed a break for the players and GM to recharge their batteries.
The "ending" was more or less a joke that was kicked around chat8bit for several minutes involving input from a number of people including Fenris himself, who assisted in locking the thread so as to not allow an in-game response from the other players.

This implies that my client is caring concerning the playerbase, and managed to get someone who already demonstrated gaining and holding power to sympathize. This shows that while my client intended to end it, he also gained the approval of someone in power to do so for reasons which could only be percieved as helpful. Fenris could have just as easily said no to my client and delegated the finishing post to you, Newb. The point is, like anyone with power would demonstrate, he asked for approval of his actions. He did not attempt to end it with this early.

Concerning the game itself, Newb, a dragon versus a god? I kinda reviewed it but it seems to me a well-dressed dragon could not stop this guy at all. If he were truly all-powerful, enough to disregard the entire thing as a dream, I think he had a way to fight a dragon.

I noted that you made the discussion thread or something for Avatar RPfest 6, or VI as you RPers put it, and FenrisWolf has declared that Pyros is to run it now. It is the defense's belief that this is clouding his views, and asks that he testify on only the game in question and its end and not future games.
Pyros is in fact the one person I would like to run the Avvy RP before myself, as I like his plans and he was waiting longer than I was anyways.

As far as I can see, your entire supposed "argument" has been to call my integrity into question and to ignore what I'm saying in favor of what you want me to be saying.

Order! I will have order!

While the witness has a point, I don't take lightly such accusations in my courtroom!

Wright, your response?

EDIT: My response to the accusation of your integrity? Well, I merely wish to ensure that you are not misremembering my client.

So you still hold that a dragon could take on a man who you yourself has stated was likened to a god?

Your Honor, I ask that the witness make a statement concerning his own actions within the game, namely those concerning my client, and have it added to his testimony.

This is vital because the witness has shown interest in moving on to the next game, with some regard to who ran it. This means he was already planning on disregarding the current one! If he can describe how his character interacted with my clients in this RP world, and satisfactorily prove to me that it was not because he was elsewhere in the RP to avoid my client's, then I shall drop this line of questioning.

Well, if you must know, my plan to end the game was simple: stay out of the way until January 8, and then use my ability to summon random garbage in a breath weapon to give Pedro a present.

I feel confident that that would have sufficiently distracted everybody that we all could have called the game a win and gone home.
Besides, I wasn't a dragon. I was a plushie of a robot and ten wolf-men inside a robo-dragon which was entirely the fault of Wizardcat. The robot was indestructible and the wolf-men were, in all likelihood, each level 18 by DnD standards.

I only wish I could penalize your paycheck, Newb.

I'm waiting, Wright. Hurry up and find out of this witness is trustworthy or not. Save me the trouble.

(So Wizardcat factors in here, huh? This might have some meaning...)

May I ask the significance of January 8? Also, I see no reason why you could not have petitioned the game's Moderator, this elusive FenrisWolf, to grant you your post or choice of ending. Also, please remember we are dealing with a person who was likened omnipotent, what with a Ban power from what I read. Regardless of how destructable something is, within a forum I'm pretty sure the ban is the single greatest weapon here. However, I suspect the argument of how invincible your dragon robot with wolfman things is irrelevant, and you need not respond to it. However, if you suspected that my client was unwilling to play the RP on his birthday, why did you not ask him in advance about finishing it early? All of this seems to point towards you not having as good a grip on the situation as someone else might have.
