Maybe just tap Z to cycle through them?

I LOVED the MP3 controls and I never played the original so I'll be on this.
I never had a problem with visor switching, I found it very fast and intuitive and much better than visor cycling like in say AvP2 |

Problem is MP3 relied on stacking weapons similar to Super Metroid, whereas in Metroid Prime the different equipped weapons is a huge part of the game.

I guessed the + button for weapon switching because it was hypermode in 3, so it's free in the other games, and it was pretty clearly show that there's "wave your pointer here to switch guns" controls on the trailer. So I'm doubting beam stacking will be added.

Is there any reason to remake these other than to implement motion controls? You can even play the things right on the Wii itself.
Not interested. The original is more than adequate (one of the best games ever made). I don't need (undoubtedly poor) motion-controlled FPS controls tacked on.

Why should he? It's new, therefore it must suck.

I wonder if it'll still be possible to get the Space Jump as soon as you step foot on Tallon IV.
I doubt they'll allow it, but maybe they'll keep it in for fun. Metroid lacks... something without sequence breaking.
