I don't doubt that there IS such a game out there, but wouldn't be easier to simply have a Porn/Hentai/Sex based Web browser game.......?

Gotta love those Empire Craft ones.
 There are others that pretty blatantly use Warcraft art. Really, you can blame most of this on people trying to cash in on MMO popularity, some more lazily than others.
