Needs a better floor plan though, this one's more like a sketch. Doesn't the landlord have one you could use?

It has given me receive as much business as my newspaper advertising. Make sure to include both floorplan and viewpoint images so any customer can get a good feel for what you're offering. The floorplan shouldn't need to be specific. I'm not sure what housing laws Canada has in place as far as advertisements go, but since you're not licensed it doesn't matter much. :B
