This is called the Sound Loop crash, has been around for a year and plagues different people with every update for nearly indiscernible reasons. Most reasonable shot at fixing it is either defragging your gamefiles for TF2 specifically, reinstalling the whole thing.

The more unreasonable but best way to fix is a nice computer reformat.
