NAME: Thomas Blair
Gender: Male Appearance: I'm not a bad lookin' bloke. I'm tallish, shave occasionally. Gettin' a bit round, but not many my age can say they aren't. I generally wear a bomber jacket and jeans, and sometimes a baker boy if it's a bit cold out. Bio: Well, I used to work on the other side of the law, right? And one day I found myself in a spot of trouble with the authorities. Now, normally I'd be off to jail to do my time, but as it turns out a certain Quantum Investigation Firm required a man of my talents. So, in exchange for staying out of prison and a sizable paycheck, I work for them now. It's not a half bad gig, either. Challenging, respectable, legal, and best of all, well paying. Specialties: I'm a damn fine wheelman, if I do say so myself. And I've always been good with tools. Repair, lockpicking, sabotage; you need something, I can do it for ya. If fighting needs to be done, I'm a knife man first and foremost. I also like to keep a pistol with me if I'm expecting a rough patch. It's silenced, but that doesn't mean you can't hear it; it just means that it won't wake the whole neighbourhood. It doesn't pack a whole lot of punch, but it's good if you want to keep things fairly subtle. |

Name: Benedaus (Ben-eh-day-us) Prelane (Pre-lane)
Gender: Male Appearance: I'm more on the frailer side of things. Tall and thin, clean shaven and I keep my dark brown hair under control. My eyes are hazel unless this mirror is discolored. I prefer to keep myself formal, dressing in a nice white button-up shirt with straight black pants for even on informal days and going into black suits for anything formal. Bio: I'm a historian first and a scholar second, and the best way to keep up on history when it changes as it will in this somewhat turbulent era, is to be there to witness it. For the agency I do have a somewhat paranoid mind, capable of putting together pieces that may seem unrelated to make a potential lead. Or just sound insane. Either way it helps to prevent dead ends when they come up. Specialties: Puzzles and gathering information. Especially if that information is hidden in writing but I do have some instincts when it comes to pulling information from people. Occasionally I'll point an accusation at a seemingly innocent suspect if I find something odd in what they say. I've been told this is apparently against agency regulations but I prefer my instincts to the rulebook when push comes to shove. And as stated previously I do tend to pull facts that aren't related on the surface together. For my own safety I keep a tazer and a 9mm on my person and I make sure to practice with it a few times a week. |

Hope this works. Bringing some more technical expertise to the table.
--------- Name: Viktor Kalashtov Gender: Male Appearance: I'm shorter than most people I come by, though not by much. Most of those people would also describe be as "nondescript." You kind of have to appreciate the irony in that, eyh? Regardless, I have short, unkempt black hair with a matching goatee and brown eyes. I prefer a more casual style of dress, usually blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and an unzipped gray hoodie. Bio: Most of my life was spent around machines of all kinds, though mostly computers. Hell most things these days have computer parts somewhere in 'em so that's not really saying much eyh? At first I spent most of my time repairing computer components, then I found a job making them. Shortly after that I completed the circle and started breaking them, though not in the conventional sense. I started hacking into machines just for the hell of it, thinking that it would be a fun challenge. Then I went online and found nearly limitless hacking possibilities. I made some contacts and started doing not-so-legal work on the side until I stumbled on something big. Some sort of illicit hacker community doing all sorts of things that I didn't want to dip my nose into. I thought I'd been discreet and anonymous, but it turned out the authorities were better than me at my new game. I was found out, but not punished. They gave me this nice job with plenty of perks, and plenty of chances to have some fun. Plus it turns out that hacking is a lot easier when you're a week ahead of the curve, so to speak. Specialties: Like I said, hacking's my kind of game. Electric locks, camera systems, personal computer files, et cetera, et cetera. Whether it's breaking in, retrieving files, covering our tracks, or just causing some damage, I'm your man. I'm not so great with looking at a room and telling you what happened, but I sure as hell can look at a half a broken computer and tell you what the owner was like. When things start to get a little messy, and hey, it happens from time to time, I've got my trusty semi-automatic pistol with me. Very little recoil, fifteen rounds per clip, very unlikely to jam or misfire, it's a reliable piece of work. I just wish I was a better shot with it.

Here's something of a more traditional detective/spy bringing in some surveillance and undercover ability.
Name: Garret23, most people just call him Garret Gender: Male Appearance: Somehow saying Garret looks average is an understatement. Its almost like someone genetically engineered him to blend in anywhere or anytime. His clothes are likewise nondescript apparently designed not to stand out. Although on closer inspection he always seems to have the perfect outfit for any situation but no one ever sees him change. Bio: Garret is the latest clone in a long line of genetically engineered "super" agent clones. These agents were specially created to solve problems that might arise from the tech in the field. They are unusually knowledgeable but only about things that would help prevent time line disasters and have a very unique way of thinking. Garret of course never had a childhood. He just woke up one day and stumbled out of a giant tube. After a quick functionality check and a trip to the bathroom he was issued his gear and shoved out the door. Specialties: In addition to heading off timeline troubles, aka someone doing something they really shouldn't like using their week to gamble, the Garret series of agents are also master infiltrators able to insert themselves seamlessly into almost any situation with ease or to perform nearly invisible surveillance. To this end they have a rather unique set of clothes able to change shape on command sort of like adaptive camouflage. They also have a kit containing various bugs and other high tech surveillance equipment. Of course this line of work also makes guns and other weapons inconvenient and so the Garret series were given advanced hand to hand combat training. When the job permits it Garret23 also likes to bring along a single semiautomatic pistol and some extra clips mostly because only bringing fists to a gun fight is obviously a bad idea if you can avoid it. |

wait wait wait, I apparently put too much trust in everyone. I need to go through sign ups with a fine toothed comb (ie: actually read them) because super clone is totally not going to work.
I should say that your characters should be capable professionals at best. No god mode super awesome insta win powers please. |

What's specifically win about him. I mean he has like basic hand to hand combat like he isn't some legendary master or anything. I mean advanced is means like he knows how to twist your wrist to make it hurt real bad not like he can punch a hole in you and take out your three buddies. That and a few standard issue spy gadgets and like clothes that change form. I guess I really probably should have been less vague. Like the clothes can't manufacture fabric. It can store a little spare fabric so that it can go from baggy to tight but its not going to go from tuxedo to muscle shirt and shorts. More like grubby baggy homeless cloths to maybe tuxedo to uniform. Now that I think about it any real drastic change would ruin the whole nondescript thing anyway. That might not fit in with the character at all. Though I guess that was added more as part of the theme than anything. Yeah I don't know why I said perfect in the description that wasn't really what I was going for the proper outfit maybe. And I don't know but I thought a decent infiltration/surveillance agent could pretty much fit in anywhere and do surveillance near invisibly but that could be Burn Notice talking.
And yeah that first paragraph is too vague. Blame it on being 8 in the morning and me having to rush out the door. I mean he's not really super, hence the "", more that the people that made him think of him that way. Let me give that a once over; Name: Garret23, most people just call him Garret Gender: Male Appearance: Somehow saying Garret looks average is an understatement. Its almost like someone genetically engineered him to blend in anywhere or anytime. His clothes are likewise nondescript designed expressly not to stand out in virtually any situation. Bio: Garret is the latest clone in a long line of genetically engineered "superior", that is supposedly super loyal with no greed, agents. These agents were specially created to solve problems that might arise from the tech in the field and despite being clones all somehow end up very unique individuals. They seem unnaturally preoccupied with certain actions that could effect the future and their skills make them good at knowing things other people would like to hide. Garret of course never had a childhood. He just woke up one day and stumbled out of a giant tube. After a quick functionality check and a trip to the bathroom he was issued his gear and shoved out the door. Specialties: In addition to heading off timeline troubles, aka someone doing something they really shouldn't like using their week to gamble, the Garret series of agents are also infiltrators able to insert themselves seamlessly into almost any situation with ease or to perform nearly unnoticeable surveillance. To this end they have a rather unique set of clothes specifically designed not to attract attention. They also have a kit containing a few bugs, night vision goggles, a parabolic dish, laser mic, and of course binoculars. Of course this line of work also makes guns and other weapons inconvenient and so the Garret series were given hand to hand combat training. When the job permits it Garret23 also likes to bring along a single semiautomatic pistol and some extra clips mostly because only bringing fists to a gun fight is obviously a bad idea if you can avoid it. Yeah that other one had too much stuff going on in it. I put it together in like four minutes cause you were waiting on me and well that's what you get. Oh and the Gary thing is a coincidence actually. I stole the name from somewhere else and the cloned agent thing from the Secrete Saturdays of all places. The basic idea is that he was genetically engineered to blend in pretty much in as many places as possible. As well as being unnaturally concerned with company loyalty and the abuse of one's temporal knowledge. Like the kind of person you'd want as a temporal agent but genetically engineered to toe the line. Of course its not perfect. Aside from like looks and those aspects of his personality he wasn't given like super intellect and a body builders muscles or anything. That would tend to ruin the blending in a bit. |
