Hmmm. More details on Sharl? Ok, some of the details including the horns and shirt symbol is here.

Now to add to it...

Fairly tall with a tiny bit of mass to his otherwise slim frame. Has slightly long black smooth clean hair with an arching curved lock on front of his forehead and 3 straight locks dangling beside both ears.
Ears are small but slightly curved as if built to capture sound.
His average sized eyes are positioned somewhat at a downward angle kinda like \ / (but not this steep), often in a shifty sideway mischevious expression or perverted grin. Color of eye is standard orange.
Slightly long neck, somewhat narrow chin, but not exactly pointed.
Hands are fairly large with slenderish strong fingers, great for grabbing loot!
Teeth are perfectly alligned, the inner teeths being visably sharper than his front teeth.
As for clothing... You got the symbol. Short sleeved shirt that goes half ways with buttons, but he keeps it unbuttoned anyhow. Wears convertible pants with appropriate color scheme.
As for the horn, make it single layer kinda like the picture of Piron above. Not stacked layers like Gorma's "multi-layer cake horns".

If you have any questions about any particular details, let me know! Keep in mind, his looks should not produce the opposite effect of charisma, since that is his major trait as a merchant character. I know trying to make a person/troll look charismatic by art alone is tricky. But I'm sure you can probably avoid going the opposite direction entirely by not making him look retarded or so. ^,^

How about drawing him both with and without him wearing a bucket on his head? Sillier expression with it on, such as him thinking he got the last laugh on a customer. ^^

Okay, excellent!

Though note that Loyal hasn't actually agreed to draw your character yet. The description's great (this is what you should be doing, people! Hell, it's what I should be doing), but just posting it doesn't mean that Loyal is gonna be drawing Sharl soon, unless he's said "yes, I will be drawing sharl soon".

Besides, why make requests at all? We all want our characters drawn. That's pretty much a given. There's no need to ask them to, really. Loyal or Mauve will draw your character when they get around to it, or feel like it, or get inspired by a particularly vivid description. Making a request is really less like going "Ooh, draw me!" and more like "Ooh, draw me first!", and that's both, putting pressure on the artists and unfair to the rest of the players who're waiting patiently, y'know? If you describe them properly, your character will get drawn soon enough. That's pretty much a guarantee. Till then, parience. ^^

Also, has Sharl had a conversation with LERAJE yet? I'm thinking that could turn out interesting.

Though for all those of you who've made their own sketches and sprites, that's fine. You've got the best possible visual description of your troll already. Though if you want to expand on what you've got, that's still encouraged!

Though enough of that. I feel like some sort of imperial drone, only instead of genetic material, I'm collecting character descriptions.
