If someone is doing something you don't like, don't say nasty things to/about them or moving the pad without telling them or whatever other thing. Why not do it in the OoC and say any conclusions reached here were discussed in the Inn/on the way to find the Fiend?

Although, as I suggest that, I do feel compelled to add that trying to work out a definite plan in an RP is usually excessive - things have a way of being simpler than you expect.

For instance, in this game's ruleset, enemies don't die if their HP is reduced to zero. They do fall unconscious, however. Between Jade and Argath, you'll probably be able to drag the unconscious Super-Ape back to the town. Although, you might have some trouble after that, since transportation of an even vaguely living fiend might be a hard sell to a ship captain.

It really might be easier just to cut the thing's arms and head off and let Caspin eat the body. He'd probably accept that as his 'cut' for the mission too, so the lessened reward would be mitigated, 'least a little.

Oh, and if you're going to fight a Fiend with Petrify Powers, people who can afford it really ought to buy a Soft (100 gil).

Anyway, that's my two cents on your situation.
