It's a minimum effort game. You basically only have to make at least one decision per day (You can change the setting to 2 issues per day, if you're HARDCORE). So it's not something you'll have to invest hours of time in. You can just spend five minutes a day to see how a country under your leadership would play out in a most likely satirical fashion. So you should definitely join. It's not like it'll eat up your entire schedule forever. Plus: It's fun to find out which way your latest most benevolent decision gets twisted. Or if it gets twisted. Hell, sometimes the game manages to do and not do it simultaneously.

Any word on just what the Themes mean? Set mine to Antiquity for kicks, but haven't noticed anything different just yet. I'm assuming it affects what issues crop up in your country.

Actually, those are just different visual themes. Antiquity is how the site used to look until about two months ago, I think. Then the new (current) theme was introduced.
For some fun, set it to liberal or conservative. That'll change your country's classification to something a little more biased. That's purely cosmetic, though. But good for a few laughs.

Just stay away from their discussion forums, seems like a bunch of teens gathering to discuss pot with faulty logic, nonstop... guh!
It does seem like a fairly harmless and interesting time waster though |

How do you make a custom flag like the one Solid Snake has? I want to make mine a dueling pistol but it only offers me a fixed list.

Once you set up your nation you can click a little link under the flag selection drop down menu. It should say "Create your own flag" or something along those lines.

So... I just joined in with the Kingdom of Grand Silesius (Because Silesius was a country I forgot about AGES ago, and wasn't according to my wishes any longer.)

Now trying to find the setting to put all my GDP towards making hangover pills. Cause oh shit. But what a way to go.
my nation is in majoy crisis- 80% of people die of old age, this is a disgusting waste of resources, old peoople just sit around and consume and have pretty shit times too. Now getting lost in the wilderness, that is a solid cause of death. Acts of god- pretty good too. Last edited by Professor Smarmiarty; 03-05-2011 at 06:55 PM. |

The Republic of Eternal Immolation has been founded and our influence will hopefully continue to grow.
