I am one of those that has parents that just down and mock every little thing. So I started doing it to them. "why do you love watching people nearly starve to death on a desert island?" stuff like that. Though I got kinda nervous when watching things like FLCL.

I always watch it when my family is safely upstairs (the TV in our basement/playroom has the best picture) and/or asleep........when one of them comes down I change the channel.
I tried explaining DBZ to my dad once, his response was....interesting.... Dad: so......all of them can transform? Me: no dad, just some of them...... Dad: what about the bald green one? Me: that's Piccolo, dad...... Dad: Pikachu, right.....can he go super-Sandman too? Me: no.........it's called "Super-Saiyan", hence the reason only Saiyans and part-saiyans can do it........ Dad: oh.......why do they have tails? Me: ...

I've always wondered why DBZ takes so long to get through a story arc. I still have yet to see Goku (sp) defeat Freeza bacause I can't watch every episode (starting from when Goku first starts fighting him) and still be there at the end. I never see these guys finish anyone off. blarg!

that was the best fight in the whole show I mean it. Though the one between Vegato and Buu was more entertaining for different reasons. Did you know that after he was absorbed Buu flicked him off

I haven't had any embarassing comments... but what tweaked me (and I was in like 7th grade) was when I watched Sailor Moon and my aunt would groan at it everytime, and say that anyone could draw that stuff. So then I asked her to draw it =P
