Episode 23: At long last, our heroes are reunited with one of their oldest friends, this time for good! And she's been training. Sadly, this time of reunions is also a time of goodbyes, as we bid farewell to the brave and noble (and only slightly undead) Samurai, and instead welcome the sneaky sniper Catboy, who promptly shoots himself in the face.
I'm not kidding. That happens. Now really rolling, our heroes jump to retrieve the third Magatama, but the guardian demands a duel to assess their worth. Nanako, of course, steps forth. Imara, of course, doesn't understand the meaning of 'One on One' and steps forth as well. Fight on, brave martial artists, you carry our hopes with- Oh, sweet Able Christ that had to hurt. This time, in Episode 23: Dreams Are Over Powered! Episode 24: After unexpected assistance all but hands the fourth Magatama over, our heroes find the fifth one taken beyod their reach. But, so close to the goal, do our heroes even know the meaning of defeat? Fight on, heroes, for the end is nigh! But wait! What's this? Nanako... in despair? Alastor defeated?!? Imara standing alone against death and destruction?!?! And Leer... Well, the less said the better. But Zel can fix it! ... Right? Episode 24: We Are (Not) Over Powered. Episode 25: Alice returns to find our heroes broken, their numbers shorter than ever before. Even the promise of new recruits is unable to rouse their spirits. But the show must go on. With all five magatamas, Yagarema's defeat is in sight! All they need now is a weapon to deal the killing blow... And Alice knows just where to find one. Of course, getting it means fighting their toughest foe yet... Can our heroes overcome their shortcomings and keep on to save the day? You'd better hope so, or this adventure will be cut short in Episode 25: Initiative is Still Over Powered! Episode 26: The fight continues in this two parter! Our heroes continue their fight against Alice's bloodthirsty sister and her psychopathic sword Leavantine! And the body count is really starting to roll up, as another hero dies! Will it be one you care about? Find out now, in Episode 26: Sentient Swords Are Over Powered! Episode 27: The fight never ends, as our heroes emerge from Rin's tomb to find the fight come right to their doorstep! And, of course, a new ally all but falls from the sky in front of them! Good thing too, as their foe this time is both cunning and cool - As poor Imara learns all too well. Didn't your mother ever teach you not to give your name to a fairy, Imara? Learn your lesson now, in episode 27: Fae Are Over Powered!
