Okay, here's some info on the Oren:

Ueto
The Ueto are a proud race. They are tall, standing at 7' to 8' on average. They are bipedal and their feet have what look like deer hooves only three times as big. Light blue fur runs up their leg from thier hoof to thier knee, which bends toward the back. Their arms are long and delicate looking and they have seven slender fingers on each hand. Their heads and necks are only slightly larger and longer than a humans'. Their face is flat and has two slits for nostrils and a small mouth full of grazing teeth, as they are strictly herbavorous. They have flat pointed ears that are on top of thier head but are pointed down and along the back of thier head, stoping right above thier neck. Thier eyes are twice as large as a humans' and are entirely black except for a white pupil. Thier skin is light blue, and they wear a minimal amount of clothing, usually just a loincloth and a small, light shirt.
Ueto are the main inhabitants of the cities of Oreinz. They are physiacally weak but make up for it with powerful mental control. All of them are telekinetic, and some practice a certain brand of magic in which they insert their conciousness into thier victim and force them to feel physical pain. Some of the more advanced can induce a kind of hypnosis, causing the victim to lose conciousness, numbify thier body, or even be controlled for a period of time. The Ueto always begin thier names with a vowel, it is a tradition passed down through their race.

Yache
Powerful and agile, Yache are the physical force of Oreinz. There are two kinds of Yache, the serpentine and the mammalian. They look and move the same, the only difference is the shape of thier head and the texture of thier skin. They are quadrepeds, though at times they they can stand upright and walk on two legs, becoming almost as tall as the Ueto, normally they are 4' tall. The have a long muscular tail that has a large spike on the end that secretes a deadly poison. There is no antidote but the Yache rarely use this poison, they have a limited supply and so they save it for emergencies. The mammals are covered in blue grey furand thier head looks like a wolves, except the ears are larger and face backward and are flat against the head. As for the serpents, think of the movie Aliens, they look like that except they don't have spiky things coming out of thier backs and they have a smaller head. They are not slimy (nor do they have acid blood or the mouth within a mouth) but are covered in a sheet of smooth dark grey scales. Thier heads look like a dragons, with two horns where the ears should be, which are pointed back. All of the Yache have black eyes with white pupils.
The Yache lived in thier own clans and villages in more natural areas of the planet, but some of them had recently come to the towns and now, because of the war, hundreds of them are coming to the cities to help defend. Yache are muscular, they enjoy friendly fights every so often and use thier claws and tails in battle. They may also use melee weapons if they feel they have the need, they wear no clothes.

The humans are sending in an elite team of special ops to try and take the capital city, Etryon. They are the best they could find, while the main assult is being thrown at one side of the city, they will move in through the rear where the defenses are low. Rumor has it that the Oren have something that is extremely valueable to them, and that the GRS is really sending you to steal that. The rp will begin with thier debrefing.

Name: Troy Parker

Race: Human, African

Age: 20

Description: Troy always has a smile on his face and is unnecessarily over confident. He has a patchy goatee and when off duty wears thin rimmed oval classes. When in uniform he wears the special ops standard issue armor with a black bandana tied to his right arm because he feels it looks cool. How innacurate this is will be left up to you.

Plasma Displacer - A common light energy weapon, its shaped like an mp5 it charges for a moment then fires a three round burst of plasma. Its secondary firing function, its a longer charge up followed by a large burst of plasma.
TD-8B: The rarely used side-arm of the military. It's an extremely accurate gun but its known for frying its energy core when fired to rapidly. The TD-8C is used more often because of its more stable core and slightly less accurate aim. Troy was trained on the TD-8B and swears by it despite its fatal flaw. Both versions of the gun discharge high amounts of energy which displace in the cells of those it hits causing them to collapse them.
Vibro-Blade: When activated this knife vibrates at a supersonic pace allowing it to cut much more easily then a regular knife. Troy mostly uses it for the grub they try to feed the grunts, he's been heard commonly stating that sometimes not even the vibroblade will cut through it.

Bio: Troy is almost always in good humor which he has been ever since he was a kid. He grew up below the poverty line and has always used humor as a defense mechanism. Coming from such roots he believes that what the GRS is doing is not only necessary, but the right thing to do. He rarely believes anything unless a superior officer tells it to him. At times, he's kind of a tool.

is it possible for a human to pose as an oren or vice-versa?

I sorta want to do the whole The Wasp thing and sow disorder.

Humans are advanced enough to have hologram generators so yes, they can pose as an Oren, and Ueto can implant the image in a human's mind and create the illusion that they are human. Yache can't disguise themselves as humans but they are stealthy and can stay out of sight.

I've never heard of The Wasp, what is it?

I'm thinking I'll be an Ueto

Name: Vance Bronk

Race: Human, Irish genetically, American nationally.

Age: 26

Description: Vance is a tough rumbler and a great survivalist. He broke the millitary's record for longest time survived in a hostile territory. He is very friendly but serious in dangerous situations. He knows his weapons and he knows his combat techniques. A prime example of the kind of soldier you want with you in a task force.

Weapons: Charge Gloves - Gloves that operate much like the power gloves in Fallout. They Emit high charges of energy upon impact. Acting like a deadly tazer. They are thought to not be deadly against Ueto, But will probably put you on even ground in a fist fight.

Combo assault rifle - This one I got from Fifth element, thats right, THAT gun. It fires both high powered precision bullets from a 200 bullet clip. And energy rounds from a highly unstable power cell. Too many shots of energy will cause the rifle to self destruct. The rifle also launches adhesive explosives. With a 10 second timer. There is an attachment for a grappling hook or net, depending on what you want to launch.
Taking advantage of the unstable core, a self destruct code was put into the gun. It is activated by a code, entered on a control panel that slides open.

Bio: Vance grew up in a barren part of the American territories. He joined the military as it was really the only career option where he lived. Who knew he'd be so good at it. He was found to be strong, adaptable, and good at combat. Vance prefers hand to hand combat. He has been the military boxing top 5 at every base he was stationed at. He applied to the special O.P.'s invasion force when he heard about it. He was selected due to his survival skills and tenacity. He has been filled with the propaganda of the GRS, and is eager to fight for the existence of the human race.

Hmm. that's a good idea, in fact I like it better than my original storyline. ^ ^;; I think I'll incorporate that in somehow.

If you need me to change it so that an NPC can be the wasp, I'll do so. I think that this character matches the kind of Ueto that would become one though. Shorter, so he is shunned and so becomes a troublemaker, which is exactly what is needed in a wasp

Race: Oren, Ueto
Description: slightly shorter than most Ueto, he is a mere 6'10. His fur and skin is blue as is the case with most Ueto, although he tends slightly towards green.
Bio: Aflaeln'daer has always been somewhat of a troublemaker, and so he has been sent to slow down the invasion long enough for the Oren to assemble a force of sufficient strength to drive them away, as well as to stop him from slowing down the Oren forces. Fortunately for him, he found out that some humans are vegitarians, and so he is posing as one so that he is merely viewed as eccentric rather than suspicious.

Description: Aflaeln'daer has managed to make it appear that he is 6'4, and has made his hair look brown. His eyes tend from this to this. nothing else about him is remembered, and everyone fills in their own details from there.
Weapons: A small device which will knock a human unconscious, but must be recharged afterwards. He keeps this only for show, as if he knocked someone unconscious without it, there would likely be questions asked beyond "what is running through his head?"
A tranquilizer gun. If he is forced to attack other oren, he is unlikely to want to actually harm them, and so he will not only use non-lethal weapons, he will also request his squad-mates do the same

That's good Newb, but add another weapon for when you look human. It would be odd for a human to go into battle with nothing more than a stun gun.
