I'm gonna go with DCMC. From what we've seen, the Runaway Five are usually playing to get out of debt, whereas DCMC's motivation is primarily a love of music. Besides, DCMC helped you fight more robots than the Runaway Five did.

Yeah, but is DCMC's music so awesome it can repel ghosts?

Well, they were only up in the attic, and not the rooms where the band members were so I'm gonna go with yes. And Lucky's bass only got possessed or whatever after he stopped using it.
Plus, DCMC gets super awesome emotional song playing scene, after a Rock Paper Scissors contest, so they gotta get bonus points for that.

Well it's been a while since we've had a totally random right here, so let's give this a shot:
Parn of Record of Lodoss Wars VS Squall of Final Fantasy VIII Now while I pretty well picked two swordsmen at random, to even the fights this is to be a duel with no seconds. No GFs or magic will be used, and no crazy weapons...in-so-far as that a gun blade in and of itself isn't a crazy weapon while it's not being enchanted by fire or made of some legendary material that you only find at the end of the game.

I once made a thread on another board pitting Samus against an unlimited supply of Tyranid. The overall response was summed up by this quote: "You tell Samus Aran, we need you to wipe out the Tyranid race, she'll ask you when you need it done by."
Genocide is what that woman lives for. As unstoppable engines of destruction go, she's on par with Kirby. Hell, Metroid Prime was basically a C'Tan, and she kicked his ass all over the galaxy. Beefed up, she can take dozens of missiles to the face and keep coming. Even Old One Eye can't power through the kind of hits she can. Add in a plethora of weapons that would be game-breakers in WH40k, the ability of her suit to adapt to most anything, the screw attack letting her become an invincible ball of death at will, and the fact that she's already dealt with scarier monsters as well as psychics - I basically see her not really having a limit to how much she can deal with here.

While on the topic of Tyranids and Kirby, HIM versus Hive Fleet Kraken. Now, not in a fight. Kirby would simply eat them until his hunger swallowed the galaxy. No, in an eating contest. Each contestant is crashlanded onto a planet full of deliciously edible monsters.

Well, anime Kirby had a much bigger range for his sucking ability. He could swallow vast quantities of things at once, so if he's involved, I'll go with him. Game Kirby.... well, I don't think he'll be as fast as an entire hive fleet, at any rate.

A sprint, not a marathon
I have to say that the 'nids would take the lions share of any finite resource. There's only one Kirby, whereas the number of Tyranids increases as they eat.

The physical incarnation of the 'plumber's crack' as a concept VS an Avatar of an unattractive 'whale tail'.
I say Plumber's crack becuase he's going to have more tools, theoretically, in a fight. However, a hairy 'Whale Tail' is a little more unexpectedly gross so it could be a toss up.
