Your desire is granted unto you. However, the commonfolk quickly become jealous of your imperviousness to disease, and some of them quickly get their hands on various illicit poisons to be slipped into your food. As you soon find out, being poisoned is not a disease at all, my good man, and you suffer a long and excruciating death.

Upon my word, gentlemen and women and others, I do believe I wish for the ability to levitate at will. It would make things quite easier.

Granted! However, he ends up finding one with two top hats and a monocle/eyepatch combo and switches to that about five seconds later.

Granted, but for some reason it only stays in your thoughts and is unable to be spoken aloud.

I wish I could manipulate the fabric of space and time without being stuck in any one place or in the time stream itself.

Granted, but you've find yourself stuck outside of everything instead. It's dark, there's strange noises all around you and it feels like tentacles are wrapping themselves up your legs...

I wish that I had the true immortality serum from BACCANO!

Granted, out of nowhere the serum appears in your hands. It is completely functional and there will be no drawbacks.

However, it vanishes mere seconds before you get to use it. Well at least you had it...

I wish I was in the Problem Sleuth world.
