And in regards to the origins of the game, I don't really think it matters how it manifested. But it was inevitable that it would manifest. Its sole purpose is really to be an instrument of self-replication for a universe. The symbols are important, why it presents itself the way it does, but I think the 'creator', the source, doesn't have much of an impact. Whoever they are, they're just instruments of fate. Fullfilling the inevitable. Though if we believe Aradia, everyone is. I'm not sure how accurate Aradia's attitude of '0f c0urse it ribbit is inevitable 0_0" is gonna be.

Though assuming that it's more or less correct, Loyal, Aradia said something about the two universes being 'on opposite sides of a mobius strip'. That sort of implies that one begets the other. Where do we hear Rose saying otherwise? I vaguely remember it, but I can't find it.

Also, the flash gave us one hell of a lot of cause to question Vriska's motives, didn't it? She took up contact with John out of rivalry, and a desire to outdo terezi. Even if she had started going Redrom and actually liking John while she was talking to him, I think any chance of that would have gone out the window when she first laid eyes upon Nick Cage. So yeah, I think if we're comparing Vriska and Nannasprite, Nanna comes out several million miles ahead, soley by virtue of not being Vriska.

I'm trying to remember whether or not I was on the "fuck you Vriska" brigade during that update, and I differentiate in that Vriska has so much awesome going for her that a couple bad points in her shenanigins wasn't a problem. Nannasprite only repeatedly saved John's life and baked cookies, which doesn't leave much room for messing up.

I wasn't going to do the "speak in your avatar's voice" thing because with Vriska I'd have to work on getting it right.
