To elaborate, the people who tend to attend purity balls tend to be concerned with their daughter's purity (surprise, surprise). Purity has long been a term standing in for virginity, and these fellows tend to be dealing with that particular meaning. In that context, the girl's "heart" is her vagina, and putting it under lock and key, well, need I say more?

Also, Talula Does the Hula isn't a legal name anymore.

'Bout effin' time. It disgusts me how stupid parents can be with naming their kids. My mom went to college with a girl named Robin Hood, and a guy named Donald Duck who ended up hanging himself in his parents' barn on winter break. She also worked with a doctor named Richard Cox.

In my school, there was a guy named Mike Hunt, who moved away, but I graduated with another guy named Joe King.

Frankly, I know from experience that kids can get creative with names when they want to be cruel. It's completely uncalled for to give a kid a name that's going to damn them from the start and remove any chance they have to fit in.
