A free Portal 2 comic will be available on IGN tomorrow. This might have been the Portal 2 related announcement slated for today. Still no real evidence on how it ties in with the potatoes.

So, I ended up downloading the Hoard demo on your collective recommendation, and I liked it enough to buy the full game. It's a TON of fun, which makes its crippling stability issues seem just that much worse. I've got about half an hour of playtime on it and it's already crashed on me 4 times.
But when it runs it's a blast. I'd love to see it played 4-player competitive. Last edited by Kerensky287; 04-08-2011 at 11:48 AM. Reason: STUPID STUPID STUPID |

Yeahh I'm probably going to cave and buy it. I'm trying my very best to hold off until I'm done exams but I don't know how long my determination will last.

Buy later: Easier to focus on exams, more likely that it'll be patched so as to not crash every 10 fucking minutes, more likely that other people will have it too so we can have NPF Hoard Nights.
Buy now: Save a dollar. Your call, I guess. Last edited by Kerensky287; 04-08-2011 at 11:48 AM. Reason: GODDAMMIT STUPID DUMB |

That's so PC of you

i'm not so sure... it seems so convoluted and pointless...
They seem to be driving to Half Life Episode 3 being directly connected to Portal 2, which, really... is the only thing that makes god damn sense. But Valve has been out of the Big Games league for a while. They are focused on Short games, Multiplayer content and that such... so i'm actually skeptical of what they can do with Gordon freeman. And since they manage to make Alyxs outshine the guy, i'm not even all that into it anymore. I know Valve can make fun games, but i don't see Half Life 3 holding a candle to most Popular FPS's out there |

So potato conjecture aside, is anyone up for an impromptu Steam Night Extravaganza?

I'm busy working on animation homework at the moment. I'll try to be on later tonight. If not, I can set something official up for tomorrow.
