Every dead towni there is every step closer th mafia is. So by killing him your putting them one step closer. He was the only one moving the game along and not letting us sit here to die and you call him a threat? Your ideas are misplaced. I have serious belief he is no mafiate. It's been stated why before. Your calling our protagonist a threat and you have my Fos as of now DW. Plus it seemed a lame excuse for bandwagonning.

I'm with Mestizio on this one. Jer's reasoning isn't very good so it doesn't really seem like he is trying to persuade anyone very hard. Plus, he is on our side. If you didn't listen to him earlier, then how are people going to ake his votes serisouly anyway? He will just stay, probably a townie, throwing votes around, nobody istening to him, and keeping our numbers nice and high...er.

So far every argument I have heard is for why he is not a mafiate.

My accusation was that he is the SK.

Argue the point being made, not the ones you think you can get rid of.

My guess is that the mafiates aren't taking the SK seriously and think that jer's a townie, and so, seeing that jer is going to die, decided to defend him to clear their names of the possibility of being mafiates.

FOS on everyone defending him saying that he's not a mafiate.

the people saying he's not the SK, however, could simply be very confused. Or right, but we won't know that till jer is gone.

So, what? If someone started making making posts from hell, he's suddenly a hero? I don't buy it. Sure in beginning of the game it might of been useful but, now it just seems like he's trying to get a lot of people, regardless of role, killed. Plus, you have no evidence that he's a townie in the first place.

Or just trigger happy. He's one of the best candidates at the moment, if only for the reason tat if we do kill him and he's a townie, there is kind of a win there.

To clarify, argue both and cut your opponants support out from under him. But yes, it is important to argue the points that are being made, otherwise you're being really scummy. *Dun dun dun*

no, I don't think that's a little much.

I was simply tying it in to what I said about arguing the points being made.

If I said that somebody was suspicious because they had blood on their shirt, and you started talking about how he didn't have a gun, rather than explaining rational reasons for the blood to be there, I would find that to be suspicious too. Especially if I hadn't said what kind of weapon he had, or had mentioned a weapon other than a gun.

I agree that jer is a loose cannon. I don't want to lynch him because I would rather go after someone who I find suspicious of being a mafiate. If jer is the SK or mafiate then I will admit I was wrong. I think he was just a bored townie who felt trigger happy at the time. My vote still stands for Neyo. I do not want to vote a townie that seems a threat. The fact is he won't be able to sway any votes if people don't trust him, so why waste a lynch? That is the only arguement I can bring up. Don't take this as defending jer. More like trying to prove why I vote for Neyo instead of jer.

Is it just me, or did when jer was first accused, votes for him jumped up real quick? Every time that happened in the last game, what ended up turning up was a towny. It may not be the best thing to take in example, I am just pointing out the mafia may be pushing to have jer lynched.

Inbred, you raise a good point, but even if this is a mafia influenced vote,it's still possible that jer is the SK, which, so far as I have seen, is the argument that everybody has been making.

The serial killer would logically be a killemall type of character, and Jer was tossing votes around at random earlier, saying that he wanted to get things moving.

EDIT: plus, I find it suspicious that he was on earlier today but he didn't try to punch any holes in our arguments, almost as though he knows the jig is up and anything he can do at this point will only dig him in deeper.
