I need backgrounds, sprite backgrounds, especially ones for the inside of a castle. Could someone please make/find me some?

Hi, I've been lurking on these boards for some time now just leeching off all the informational goodness this topic has. I now ran into something that I've been working the entire day on and haven't been able to get. Those tree's, the ones uesd in the first 8-bit theater, where do those come from? I would really like the sprites for those trees or atleast some that look like them. Any one have any ideas?

Hey, thanks a lot, I found that link and there were a bunch of really cool sprites on that page that I'll probably make use of some day. I didn't find the tree one though, or any sort of plants. You were talking about the Sky Warrior Bob custom Sprites right? If not then I don't know cause I looked through every one of your posts.

yeah.....I've never seen those trees, and I've been cruising this thread for sprites for a LOOONG time now! Are you sure they're there?

Yes, I checked every one of Sky Warrior Bob's sprite releases.......I use them a lot, but I still haven't found any trees.

I don't think SWB has the trees. If I remember correctly Brian downloaded a bunch of sprites before starting the comic. I don't think he knew SWB then...

He says in the FAQ that he gets most of the backgrounds from FFclassic or clipart from clip art sites. Also in his essay on sprite comics his link is to FFclassic so I don't know where he got the trees if it isn't there
