If you are in the media check out someone who was investigated by one of the other media last turn.

As for you, B_Real, I always assumed that the Media were on the Masses' side.

Here's to note, in Ape's first post for Rules 'n' whatnot:

-Each group other than The Masses/Media have the same win condition
-In order for The Masses/Media to win, the heads of all the other competing groups must be eliminated

From my interpretation of it:

Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians and the Illuminati are all heading towards one goal - Majority Wins goal.

Masses and Media are also heading towards one goal - Leader Elimination goal.

Now, it seems a little odd, but how would the Media win against the Masses (If that's what you're trying to imply) when the Masses have no leaders to begin with? I mean, the closest you get to a leader in the Masses are lobbyists, and they give other groups benefits.

I'm reluctant to vote for you, B_Real, but you're really not helping yourself with your random accusations...

Well this had made me think Synk had just quite or been kicked out because had not made any posts in the first day which is quite apathetic.

But maybe this was the role of a SK/Vig. We should think how such a role would operate in this game. As in how would he "kill" someone.

I initally thought that John Stewart as the odd one out of our media 5 was either a vig or an accurate PO himself but hard to know now. The vig working in this case to expose someone in a scandal, thus forcing impeach.
We may need to wait until tommorow.

More or less I associated the Masses/Media having different colors as meaning different alignment. You know, like in most other mafia games. I was unawares that they had the same win condition. Did not read first post clearly.

But if you do a little looking into who the Illuminati are, my arguement for them still stands.

There is some sense in this. The different political parties have the same goal, but they could have different means. Perhaps the Illuminati gain majority by trying to ruin the other parties first?

I'm aware of who the Illuminati are, and it's not whether your argument is valid or not, it's how you presented it. It really reads to me more as a political leader more afraid of the Illuminati than town trying to prevent one party from winning. It really seemed biased towards the other parties rather than pro-town.

Then again, Zilla, you're not one to say, being reported as a Libertarian. If B_Real is targetting the Illuminati, shouldn't you at least support the movement for now? The other groups are as big as a threat as you are (according to the newspaper).

Bleah, 110F weather for 4-5 days straight is not going to improve my playing skills. I really need to live in an ice cube for the next few days, just so I can embrace the heat whole-heartedly rather than feeling completely crappy about it all.
