Pretty sure the cultists all died during the Sea Shrine arc, with the exception of the one in the epilogue, who was killed by Dr. Unne, who I can only assume has gone from linguist to calamari merchant (possibly working with Akbar, all things considered).

What I remember is Bahamut asking Fighter if he was the Enlightened Warrior, and that's about it.

Then once Bahamut was mentioned to Muffin, he replied something along the lines of "Bahamut was never a threat, he'll slumber until the Enlightened Warrior awakes him to usher in the end of days" or something such. then RM freaks out and goes to tell the rest they did something terrible.

I always thought since Bahamut was the reason for everyones class change that since the closer their Adventure came to an end and Chaos is born since Black Mage is the nexus or whatever and was supposed to be what brings chaos into this world bahamuts awakening since he is the one who is supposed to unlock these enlightened warriors power is one of the signs that the world is close to its doom...what with chaos and all

Red Mage just took it as Bahamut is the one that will bring destruction! D: I think...so he ran away panicking XD

Best I can think of is something like one of those after-the-credits scenes they love so much in mainstream movie production, and 8BT strikes me as the wrong place to look for that sort of thing.

The one thing I don't think I've ever gotten, now that I think about it was the Bahamut - Trickster God conversation where he said, "Do you think he'll see it coming?"

Other than that I don't know what else wasn't resolved.

If Spider-man's writers can get away with forgetting he had a baby, I think I can live with some minor plots going unaddressed at the end. It's not like the comic will keep going year after year pretending some life-changing event never happened to the main character.

It's not as if logic or plot ever had priority over jokes anyway. Mmm, jokes. . .

I guess Trickster and Bahamut as divine beings know each other and Trickster, while he was in the area, just popped in to say hello and tell Bahamut about the hilarious one he pulled over on some fancypants elf just then. Always did expect more to come of that but it didn't, so it's got to be something along those lines.
