What we could do is vote for the person that started the no lynch or one of the ones that bandwagoned onto it. If they still turn up townie then I'd have to say something fishy is going on. Like maybe KP set it up so that even if we kill the evil roles they always look like townies when dead so we have no idea if or when we've got them.

I'm starting to form a bit of an idea that there is one scum role, a SK with an added condition that he can only kill as a result of the confusion of the witch hunt. We stop lynching, no more confusion, he can't kill. It's way the hell out there in left field, but I'm really having this feeling about it.

Also, if there is a mafia, then giving up one lynch to prove its existence doesn't seem like that big a deal. It'll eliminate the confusion and get people focused on actually hunting them down instead of arguing about whether or not they exist at all. I'm saying we should eliminate this confusion. Hell, we did it yesterday with demetrius. It's pretty damning on my part, but I was pretty sure he was a townie when I voted for him. Why? To eliminate the confusion he brought to the town by spamming the thread.

My theory was that the night kills were being decided by our 2nd and third number of votes, it may hold up, but I can't be assed keeping track of the votes from the last day.

I agree to something along those lines. If there is no scum roles and KP is just fucking with us then we're all townies and some of us have caught on quicker than others to the type of game this is. However if it's not that type of game and KP is not messing with us and there ARE scum roles, then it's reasonable to say that those who support this No-Lynch are the ones that have said scum roles.

It's a VERY big deal letting the mafia basically get a free night of kills in, especially when they've done so well already it will be basically damning us to have a perfect game from then on. VERY obvious!

This seems very outlandish but I don't see why we can't do it for a third night to again see if there is a pattern. Again nobody can explain why we must suddenly rush forwards with this No-Lynch tonight. There are consequences to doing so if your theory is wrong.

I'd more think that each night, two vanilla townies temporarily become vigs, and get sworn to secrecy.

Actually I'm very sure that there are night roles, because KP said this:

And KP is far to lazy to setup something that elaborate. Further, if he wanted to screw us by taking roles for himself and randomly assigning what they do he'd probably go with the good roles not the evil ones. I mean more than half of the evil roles know who each other are and so will not kill each other and so can do a lot of damage. The good roles on the other hand, with the exception of the vig, could very well screw up any plan KP enacts as all the evil roles.

Plus this is unknown mafia and what better way to really screw us over then simply not tell us when we do finally kill an evil role.

because if anyone's got a scum role, it's the guy who's trying to get us to not lynch anyone. If Newb comes up clean, then we may aswell try the No Lynch theroy thing next Day.

It looks more like one vig and a serial killer to me, judging by how the night posts have written it seems like the first kill is always clearly evil, while the second seems to not be written as quite so evil. Voting a no-lynch will mean that we only have to rely on one of the night killers catching the serial killer, and this game will take much much longer. I say we take two more days, and if no one is caught until then, we try a No lynch. I will personally vote that two days from now if nothing turns out, you can count on me doing that.
