I doubt it. It seems that the only Continues you get from SBurb, dreamselves excluded, are Title of Time shenanigans.

I assume it would be the same. We don't see Vriska growing extra arms or flying around, so I think that when you switch to your dreamself permanently you lose all of your dream based abilities and you are more or less the exact same as before.
