Kenshin swings his sword way faster than katana speed. Moves faster too. Overall, he still has a pretty big speed advantage.

That may be non-canon, though. On the other hand, his ability to create local dimensional distortions is not in question.

But... it happened in the main series of games. How could that possibly be non-canon?

Edit: Although I'll grant that me saying "an entire skull fortress" is possibly a bit of hyperbole, since we only see the section of it that he's in at the time, but the part he lifts still fills the entire screen except for his, Light, and Wily's sprites at the very bottom, and the fortress IS collapsing on top of them at the time. It's certainly a hole hell of a lot more than he ever lifted with Gutsman's power.

Not having played most of them, I was under the impression it happened in an opening sequence. If that's wrong, of course, that lends more credence to it.

If nothing else, he's at least capable of lifting rocks twice his frontal area given Guts Man's weapon.

Yeah, it happened during the ending to... I think Megaman 5 (I could be wrong, but I know it was one of the 8 bit ones). They're trying to escape the collapsing Skull Fortress, and Megaman ends up having to support it. Like the whole thing is coming down on their heads and he stops it.

Edit: See 2:23. May not be the whole fortress (I remembered seeing it from the outside, but I was wrong), but it's still enough of it to fill up the entire screen.

I'm pretty sure Kenshin gets the first killing blow, but it doesn't matter. Guts don't care about none of that shit. He doesn't even need his sword.

Guts does him dirty.

Also, Megaman is way too upbeat and chipper. He doesn't know about headshots either.
