I'm going to go with Bowser on this one for the fact that he has a giant spiky Shell for defense. I mean the survivors seem to survive those punches and they're only made out of soft unprotected meat.

I don't know, I think scout could get enough mercenary money to afford to buy Persia, the current owner can't be selling it for too much.
