We never actually saw anything of Terezi's seer powers except that she heard the voices of the Exiles more clearly, which is also true for Rose. Nor did we ever actually see Terezi's sleeping form on Prospit except when she was sleepwalking before the session even started. We know basically nothing about how her seerness manifested, and even then, it obviously wouldn't manifest exactly the same as it does with Rose except maybe at the most basic level.

I'm guessing Terezi's seer "powers" (because the powers seem more like destinies or descriptions than powers, really. I shouldn't have used the word to begin with) have a lot more to do with her enhanced perception and ability to figure people out. Both are things Rose actually shares, just in different ways; one of which involves creepy crystal balls and black auras.

Edit: Not to be dismissive of corruption or anything else, mind. We really don't know what it means, but I think it's just an effect of her using magic to see things as per her role as the seer.
