Naw, cows worldwide lose.
Or soybean crops, if Superman insists on tofu instead. |

Here's a match-up I've had on my mind for about forever: Marvel's Runaways versus WIldstorm's Gen13. I feel it would be exceedingly interesting because both teams have: 1. More girls than guys, 2. An environmentalist lesbian who at one point kisses their leader chick, 3. Take place primarily in California, 4. have an organization as a main foe, though I.O. is a lot more faceless and impersonal than the Pride, and 5. Are famous for being lax on costumes and code-names, albeit Runaways more so than Gen13. And since Wildstorm is now a part of DC, they could do this the next time they do a Marvel vs DC thing. It'd be shit tons better than the overrated Runaways/Young Avengers crossover.
Now, in the fight itself, things on the favor of Gen13 include: -Fairchild's constant fanservice/clothing damage which could distract male opponents. -Fairchild is also super smart. -Freefall's gravity power, which can't really be countered except maybe by Victor's magic or Nico's spell. -Rainmaker is a hell lot cooler and badass than Karolina -Grunge is waaaaay more of an ass than Chase could ever hope to be, thus making him a magnet for attacks, and all he'd have to do is change into some materials to resist those attacks. -Gen13 has not-quite-accidently killed people numerous times without blinking an eye, while the Runaways made a big stink over Chase "killing" someone years ago. Although some villains got accidently killed by the Runaways (Topher, Provost, and Monk Theppie) without them caring. Factors in favor of the Runaways: -They have reliable transportation and air support with the Leapfrog -They gots a dinosaur -Heroic opponents will always go easy on Molly and Klara who are cute little 12 year olds -Nico's Staff of One can do almost anything once. Well, if she does a spell twice, she needs to use different wording. -The Runaways have been arguably hardened by a history of disappointment and tragic loss. Gen13 has had comparatively little character development. -Chase has hidden depths, bravery and moments of unexpected cleverness that Grunge could never hope to achieve. -Molly has also had moments of hidden brilliance -The Runaways have always had enough members to outnumber Gen13 This is a really close one, but I think I'd have to say Gen13 would win, by just a slim margin, mostly due to the difference in brutality. If anyone else has ideas or comments on this I'd love to hear them |
